From the first moment stepping in, our family was greeted with uplifting attitudes and smiles. Everything in the office was clean and up to date. The staff is very efficient in getting things done as soon as they walk in the door. We were seen quickly and waiting times have never been an issue. Dr. Fadl and his staff have done a phenomenal job relieving all of the overwhelming feelings of all new incoming information, while also providing concise information about the diagnosis and treatments. They explain things in a way that is able to be understood. In the event there is any confusion, Dr. Fadl and his team make it a goal to give a new explanation without confusion. Theresa, his nurse practitioner is a great addition to have in the office during visits. She radiates a positive energy the moment she walks into the exam room. She has a way of connecting with children of all ages and their parents in order to lighten the mood in the room and get rid of that dreary feeling of being at the doctor's. She often includes anecdotes or little jokes along the way to see a smile across the patient's face. Overall, Dr. Fadl and his team at Bright Future Pediatrics are at the top of the game in pediatric care. Our first thought upon walking in was it was very kid friendly with a very colorful ambience! The lady at the front desk is so delightful every time we are in there! She always has a smile on her face and makes us feel like family! All of the nursing staff has also been very welcoming and always ready to listen! Dr. Sana Syed has been a blessing as a Pediatrician! At our initial appointment she listens to our concerns, helped us come up with solutions to help in the meantime, referred us to a pediatric ENT where they decided to perform surgery the next day! Where as the other Pediatrician just gave us the runaround, Dr. Syed heard us and made things happen! Every appointment since we still feel just as welcomed and always have her undivided attention and knowledge! Everything we could've possibly ever wanted in a Pediatrician. She is very accommodating and thoughtful, we have paged her late nights and weekends several times and she has called back each and every time. Exactly what one need from a pediatrician, being there no matter when. The clinic has very friendly and Courteous staff. They do nurse appointments for shots and treatments. So little flexibility. Generally, we have to go to a lab for blood work. The wait room and consultancy rooms are clean but little antiqued. Guess that's ok. :)

They are usually really good about getting me in same day if I need to be seen and am not particular about which doctor I see. If I want to see my Doc or one of the other ones I prefer sometimes I have to wait until the following day. There usually isn't that much of a wait once I get there. You can usually email them if you have any questions about medications or concerns. Most of the physicians are very patient and don't rush you and will let you ask about other medical/health concerns that aren't necessarily the reason you came in and not make you feel rushed. Sorry I'm not naming names, sometimes you just don't mesh well with certain people. I don't want to tarnish someone based on my preferences.

QUEST is their vendor who does these tests. For Vitamin D test, they charged 250 dollars through Prime care. If you go direct to Quest its around 60 dollars. You can shop around and can get for less. I feel like this is day light robbery. I feel only Dr Shively is good here. Rest are not worth going to. For Urine and blood test , I think its better take the prescription and shop around. Called Dr and left multiple messages. No Reply. Contacted Billing 10 times. No reply Horrible service.
