Unfortunately, the customer service consistently falls short. The employee that so many other reviewers mention is, without question, the biggest issue. His behavior is difficult to tolerate. I've personally witnessed him use his position to be petty and unnecessarily confrontational with customers. He insists people do things "his way" because "it's his store" and has even threatened to refuse service over minor issues. Meanwhile, he'll casually chat with customers while a long line forms and people are visibly frustrated by the wait. The arrogance and inflated sense of authority make what should be a quick errand unnecessarily unpleasant. I've seen this happen multiple times. Just yesterday, I watched him manipulate a customer in front of everyone in line. It was uncomfortable to witness and completely unprofessional. It's disappointing because the location is convenient, but experiences like these make people think twice about coming back.

The owner insisted on charging me $1.08 just to tape a small box. This level of nickel-and-diming for a basic drop-off is ridiculous.I will never return to this store. Instead, I went to the UPS Store on Payton (near Costco). The service there is excellent, and they even provide a self-packing station for customers. Save yourself the frustration and go to the Payton location instead.

And then he came back at 6 p.m. to drop off the apostilled documents. Obviously, I could have taken time out of my day to drive to a place to have it notarized and then drive all the way to downtown LA and all the way back.
