I had CO2 laser here in March 2025 and the care of service was terrible and the results are worse…read more I went in for my consult with Dr. Soleymani and described in great detail what I hoped to get out of the procedure/improvements to my face/skin. Dr. explained there was a very aggressive option and one that was milder. It was agreed upon by both of us that I would have the more aggressive procedure which I was totally fine with. They gave me several pages of instructions, what to expect from the procedure, aftercare and products I needed to purchase (not from them but from Target/Amazon, etc.) The Dr. made a point of saying they always call several times to check on the patient between the procedure and the follow-up appointment, he'd provide a cell number so I could reach out at anytime if I had issues between appointments, blah blah blah. I made the appointment for the extra AGGRESSIVE laser and was charged and paid in full for that procedure. I studied the instructions intently, stocked up on the required products, and eagerly awaited my appointment. Day of the nurse numbed up my face, the Dr. comes in and asks, "so what are we doing? We're not doing the full blown (something like that) CO2 are we? I don't think you need to go that deep...how much did you pay?" I'm thinking, 'are you KIDDING me??' 'How much did I pay?' For real? And now you aren't going to perform the procedure that was originally planned?? I protested and reminded him that yes indeed the full blown procedure was what "we" were doing, however, by this point my face was all numb and I had a numbing injection, not to mention a Valium (that they provided, I didn't just pop one in before I got there) that made speaking difficult and debating impossible. Long story short, I didn't receive the extreme, aggressive laser treatment (that I paid for). I never received a phone call or any communication from the office after the procedure between appointments, and the whole experience was so disappointing and frustrating. Never heard from them again. After several months of healing my skin looked worse than before I ever had the procedure and I ended up going to another dermatologist that prescribed Tretinoin and hydroquinone to help with the mess the laser left behind. Now 9 months later the topicals have made an improvement but my skin still looks worse than before the laser treatment. I wasted 3k and didn't even get what I originally paid for, it's so frustrating. I do want to mention I had fractional laser treatment about 14 years ago and the results were outstanding! My skin was gorgeous for a few years!! I thought the CO2 would be more appropriate this time around because I am that much older and felt, based on my research, would be better for my older skin. The Dr. did ask me at the end of the CO2 if I'd ever had micro needling (or whatever it's called) and that I should consider that. WHAT? You're advising me of this now??? This practice might be great for all other dermatological procedures, but I wouldn't use them for cosmetic procedures. Based on other reviews from patients that have addressed issues with this practice resulting in no resolve, I'm not going to bother trying to get mine. Rather, I'm going to write a letter of complaint to the state board just so it's on record and that's probably the best I can expect.

I woke up one morning, on a Saturday nonetheless, with a strange rash on my side. I called around and no one was available. Wow talk about commitment. He saw me right away and diagnosed me with shingles. He explained that since it was caught quickly it should be able to be controlled and heal fairly soon. I have heard nasty stories of shingles wrecking havoc and causing incredible amounts of nerve pain but since mine was treated so quickly I didn't experience any of it. To this day I am very thankful for Dr. Whittington taking time out of his busy day to see me. If you have any skin issues please don't hesitate to give them a call. You will love him!

I took my chances a made the appointment. I waited in the waiting room for about an hour there was someone else before I heard reschedule her appointment because she was also waiting a long time. I finally get called back. I waited in that room another 45 minutes than I went to the window and asked to reschedule. The clerk went into the room across from me and I could hear her tell the NP how long I've been waiting and she acted like she didn't even know. She was hanging out in the room next door the entire time! The clerk came out and said she'll be right with you, I explained I'll just schedule with someone else, she said it's okay she's coming out right now and she didn't. She wasn't even with a patient she was hanging out with her assistant. So I was like okay, I might as well see her. I wish I would have left, you could tell she has absolutely no experience. I feel like she was winging it, so disappointing. Her assist was very unprofessional just leaning against the counter, chewing like a horse. Each time NP Paris asked her if she documented something she would respond "uh huh, yeah I heard you". I usually see Karen Jordan who is fantastic why Dermatologist Assoc would bring NP Paris on their team is beyond me. Just beware if you want an experienced professional NP Paris is not the one just hold off to see Dr. Jordan.

I know dealing with doctors offices can be stressful, but I have never been treated so horribly, ever, by any doctors staff. The first encounter was when I tried to get an initial appointment, they couldn't get any of my information right. (That's usual, I'm not even frustrated at this point) After making my follow up quarterly appointment I had to give all my information again, because they were saying I had a different insurance than I have. (I have not switched insurance for years) The day before my scheduled appointment that has been for months they tell me their hours have changed and and I have to come in earlier. I couldn't do that since I work and had a very busy schedule. I ask if they can do a half hour earlier instead of the hour they wanted. They cancelled my appointment and didn't answer any of my questions on if another day would work. They told me I should call back. After I call back, the scheduling department had to transfer me to the office directly and say I should hear back from them in 24-48 hours. The scheduling department takes all of my health insurance information again because they tell me I'm not a patient with them. I don't hear back from the doctors office for 5 days. They call me while I'm at work and ask me for my name and say I'm not a patient and have to give me insurance information again. I tell them I'm working and I don't have it on me. (Honestly I should have it memorized by now,so maybe this is on me? I don't think so though) They tell me I have to call back and that it's easy, I just don't understand the phone system.... That's definitely not my problem. I can't get them to call me back or refrain from cancelling my appointment. So, I'm now going to go with Community Healthcare dermatologists because they've never been this difficult for me. Here's to hoping that will be easier. I'm just sad that this is keeping me from seeing my doctor. I really liked this one!

I was immediately concerned how free she is with showing you pictures on her iPad of ALL of her clients when she never asked me once to sign a consent form to share MY photos. I will say that each appointment was a struggle. I would say what my goals were and Nadia would reply, but make sure you NEVER say you weren't 100% satisfied about a previous appointment. Nadia will argue with you over and over again and trust me, you can't end that fight. In fact, you didn't even know you were in a fight! Nadia will just come at you in the most combative manner and you have two choices, just nod your head or walk out. This last appointment was the last straw for me. She kept asking me about "redoing my frown lines" which is interesting, because I've never had my "frown lines" done. Ever. I don't even have a frown line. What I do have is a scar which Nadia wrote down with every appointment but seemed confused each time I resurfaced. On my last visit, I did try some Dysport around my eyes (smile lines) to combat a skin and tissue issue I have in addition to the other things I typically have done. At THIS appointment, I said (and I quote), "I'd like the same thing as last time but let's not do my smile lines. I didn't notice much of a difference." THIS. SET. HER. OFF. First, she told me I didn't understand how Dysport worked. Then she told me it doesn't remove deep creases (I don't have deep creases, so that was odd), and then she said if I took pictures, I wouldn't claim it "didn't work." I explained that I never said it "didn't work", what I said is I didn't notice a big difference but I DID take pictures: 2 weeks before, 1 week before, 1 week after, 2 weeks after, and 1 month after. I also took VIDEO. To me, personally, and to my husband, we didn't notice a big change so I simply don't want THAT particular treatment. No. Nadia wasn't having it. She kept arguing and her voice got louder as she complained I didn't take the right pictures and she would pull up her own pictures to "prove me wrong". Either way, it's MY FACE. If I don't want something done, that's MY BUSINESS. I said there's no need to pull up pictures: I'm simply saying I don't want this ONE treatment. Can we just do the two others? NO. Nadia then raced around her room to pull up my old picture and try to show me that I am incorrect and she worked her *magic* on me and I'm just WRONG. I paused... probably for too long because finally Nadia stopped talking too. "Nadia," I said. "I simply don't want dysport here. It's my face. It's my opinion. I don't know why you're trying to argue with me but..." and that's all I got to say before Nadia broke in again about how I don't understand the procedure. I let her finish her rant and then I stood up and walked out. I'm never going back there again. I endured Nadia's weird condescension for my other appointments. I dealt with the fact that she spouts National Inquirer stories like they're "news". I suffered through the fact that she doesn't seem to understand science or social cues or how to behave to paying customers. I overlooked all of that because the work she did was decent. Today, being YELLED AT because I didn't want one procedure was completely unacceptable.
