The admin/scheduling staff is very much on top of it and seems to be doing their best to get everyone in and to fill any available spaces that come up to reduce patient wait time. I arrived for my appointment on time and did have to wait for a little while (around 45 minutes), but once I was taken into the back, things moved quickly and in an organized manner. Dr. Roshdieh did a really great job of calming my nerves and being kind/not condescending, which I always appreciate from doctors. Furthermore, when I requested to complete my intake documentation using their iPad, my request was refused, and the receptionist remained dismissive and unhelpful. ​Due to this lack of cooperation and poor customer service displayed during check-in, I felt forced to leave the facility prior to my appointment without receiving medical care. This level of service does not align with the standard of care expected from Kaiser Permanente and its affiliated providers. ​I request that this issue be thoroughly reviewed by clinic management and that appropriate customer service guidance be provided to the front desk staff.
