I have gotten my lips done here 3 times. The first two experiences went well with no complaints. This last time however, both of the people who did my fillers no longer worked there. They had another new person working and when my lips started to heal I noticed they were lop sided. My top lip had more filler in the top right and more filler on the bottom left. They added more filler to even them out whenever I went back for them to fix it, for an additional cost of course, (because for free corrections they can only diffuse filler....I pay to get my lips bigger, not smaller but ok). When they called to ask me how my experience was, I was immediately put on hold and sent to voicemail not once but twice. Sadly, I will be looking for a new place to get fillers from now on. read more

She's so patient and she answers any questions you may have. She did a wonderful job on my lip fillers and I came back to her to get kybella. I was turning 50 and decided it was time to try Botox. Derma touch was recommended to me. What a nightmare it has been. I look like a monster. I spent $400 to get heavy eyes and new wrinkles. And I was given all kinds of excuses. From , "you already had heavy eyes", yes I did. And I addressed that at my first appointment. I was told injecting in a certain spot would help. Injecting in another would make my eyes heavy. Well, my eyes are so heavy I can't see my eyelid and can't get mascara applied. I was then told my new vertical lines are just static lines from sleeping. Funny I didn't have these lines until I got Botox. And when I said I still have forehead lines and heavy eyes I was told I have a choice between wrinkles and heavy eyes. Botox causes heavy eyes. Then why did she give me more after 14 days when I came back with heavy eyes and no improvement on wrinkle? Then-- she told me I'm just not a candidate for Botox. I should just wait for it to wear off. Like she had to do when someone messed up her smile for her vacation. You can't make this shit up! NIGHTMARE. Horrible unqualified people. They are super nice when you go in. But once you let them know they messed up they are rude An expensive lesson to learn. I'd give them zero stars if I could. I wish I would of had better results for the finer lines around eyes, chin, and forehead (that's where I needed the most improvement) but I guess I need a second trip. The service has greatly declined. This is the 2nd time they have made a scheduling mess and caused me to waste my time & gas only to have to reschedule. For the amount of money I'm paying, my appt should not be rushed and I should not be shuffled to a new person each time. The prices may be cheap.....but maybe you get what you pay for. Botox -I visited Dermatouch in November 2015 for the first time for botox. I received 28 units for frown between eyebrows. I was ok, but it didn't completely "freeze", so still had frown lines. I decided to take another chance, she gave me 31 units...same problem. Today I went back to have it touched up and had to pay for another 8 units. I've been getting botox for 15 years needing 30 each time, always worked perfectly., The technician tried to tell me that over time, you need more. I contacted my dermatologist that I had in California and this is not true, she told me it was not being applied correctly. Latisse - I also asked about Latisse, which their website states that they have, they don't, but the will sure try to sell you another product called Revitalash, I didn't buy it. Retin-a - I also asked about retin-a and they sold me a product from SkinMedica? Three different staff members told me it was "exactly like", "the same as", and even "it IS Retin-a" IT IS NOT!!!! They charge $75 for this product that is a retinol product like you can purchase at the drugstore for $25, a 0.05 strength. Retin-a is a prescription!!!! Don't be fooled. I will not go back here, they charge a fortune, and tell tales so you will spend your hard earned money!! read more

I love Dr. Julia Ward! She has really helped me with my struggles with my Hashimoto's. I looked far and wide to find an M.D. that will treat this frustrating disease with both regular medicine approaches as well as holistically including checking my vitamin deficiencies and diet / food sensitivities that can really affect the immune system. She took at least an hour to address all of my problems and questions on my first visit and is very open to research on new drugs or therapies that I have found on my own. Her office unfortunately does not take insurance but my lab work was all covered. It is work paying the office visit to get this kind of attention to detail and help in thoroughly understanding the plan of action to get you feeling better. I cannot recommend her enough if you are frustrated with the regular 5 minute doctor visits that most every other doctor rushes you through. This is especially important if you have an uncommon disease that regular doctors are not well versed in. Two other doctors (one a D.O. and the other a M.D.) almost messed up my thyroid dosage because they didn't understand the characteristics of Hashimoto's. I actually had to explain my own blood work results to them and promptly left their offices looking for a new doctor. Dr. Ward is great and extremely knowledgeable and I will never have to worry about this with her. read more

I had gone here because where I normally went was a drive (realize now the drive is so with it). Originally I went just for Botox, no problem. Then I tried them for fillers. OMG The injector is a very nice person so I don't want to bash her as an individual and won't. But there needs to be more training and education to be doing this kind of work. This is your FACE! Hyaluronidases are a family of enzymes that catalyse the degradation of hyaluronic acid. THEY WILL DISSOLVE YOUR NATURAL HYALURONIC ACIDS WHEN OVER INJECTED! She did not have enough knowledge or experience to inject this in my face. Actually when trying to dissolve some fillers it was overdone and half of my face went flat. After SEVERAL trips to try and correct (that I had to keep paying for, could have gotten a facelift cheaper) I was devastated. They did not even have proper lighting to see what they were doing. None of the fillers would ever stay in face past the healing process. They said maybe my cheek had a hole in it and the filler was leaking out in my bloodstream. That's hogwash! I finally had enough. You can only do so much with makeup. I went back to the artist ( it is an art) whom I use to use that I THOUGHT was too far away, who was able to make me whole again. Someone may not be as lucky as me and know an experienced well trained injector. This is your face! Don't let someone practice on you. read more
