Front office staff are great very nice & welcoming. My appointment was with Melanie she's great and very gentle. I feel like I had to update my review because I'm very disappointed. I had Botox and fillers done by Melanie Botox was fine I mean how can you mess that up. The fillers on the other hand I had lips and smile lines done, I have full lips I just wanted them evened out not very difficult well 700 dollars later I ended up with lopsided lumpy lips and uneven smile lines. So I went back in to try & fix it ended up paying another 130 now I can't speak for other people but I don't have access to that kinda extra money all the time I wanted to do this for myself as a treat after having my baby but now I feel worse about myself. Did not feel prioritized, what so ever. Made an appointment to for something, told the receptionist what I'd like done, booked the appointment, and when I got there, the esthetician that was supposed to do my appointment was busy and unable to. I had an event to attend and booked my appointment accordingly, just to be turned away. I live in Katy, and have a 10 month old, meaning I had to do quite a bit of planning. I had an AMAZING experience with Nicole at DermaTouch RN, she was so patient with my desires and took her time to fix me up after a bad experience I had at a previous place. She is EXTREMELY experienced and so sweet, she was even able to work with me even though I had to show up late after traffic and accidents on my way there. This is my first ever negative review on yelp. I've honestly never felt that any place was SO bad I needed to say anything, I would just not come back, but this place is ridiculous and I feel like something needs to be said so that the owners know how their staff are. The first time I ever came here the lady not only messed up my filler, but also my Botox. I scheduled an appointment to have my filler dissolved because I was very unhappy and when I came in I was treated as if I was the one who had done something wrong. I pretty much had to beg the nurse to dissolve my filler. Then when my Botox kicked in weeks later one eyebrow was froze and the other was moving as if I never had anything. I decided not to come back for the problems with my Botox due to the fact that I had so many issues getting something fixed the first time. I decided a few days ago to give DermaTouch another chance and just use a different nurse. When I came in for my appointment I was filling out my paper work and found out my pregnant sister had a miscarriage, I had to leave immediately. I called a few hours later to reschedule and apologized for having to miss my appointment, the phone lady was super sweet and acted as if there was no issue and scheduled me for the next day. Thank god this morning I called to confirm my appointment because what do you know, I have no appointment... I was pissed, but thought it's fine I'll just make another one. There were no appointments with the nurse I wanted.. I was furious at this point, not only did the girl not apologize, she began to give me an attitude when I got upset? Again, as if I had done something wrong. I really hope that the owners of this establishment will see this and do something about it because this is not okay. There are also other reviews complaining about the same thing! Obviously there is a problem. Add on: Then they want to comment below something not true lol. Yes, y'all tried to give me a 3 o'clock appointment with an injector who was not the one I scheduled with and I declined. I went and saw Deena and I am SO happy and thrilled with the results. I was a nervous wreck getting botox and a lip filler done. She answered all my questions. Recommended volbella for my filler since I wanted to look as natural as possible. I showed her pictures of what I don't want it to look like and she was amazing. Her hands we light as a feather. I had very little to minimum pain. She recommended bruising cream, icing my lips and Tylenol for the next few days and by day third day everything looked amazing!! So worth it. read more

Whena friend of mine recommended this place years ago. I was a little hesitant because of the low prices.... But the results were amazing!!! This is where I come for my Botox and I have also tried the Juvederm. They offer monthly specials which vary and are great value. I am extremely happy with the professionalism of the nurses here. The place looks nice and very professional. Two problems: Messy messy messy scheduling with re-scheduling Nd cancelations abound! I was recommended to have an Ultherapy and actually got a greatly discounted price. The price for the face/neck procedure is very high, but I checked it out and they do have the best pricing! Nicole!!!!!! She is just wonderful!!!! I got 1 syringe of lip fillers about a month ago at this location and I won't mention names by whom but it was bad!!!!! And I only choose this girl because of the "amount of time working there" The whole appointment only lasted about 15-20 minutes. The lady who did my lips didn't even hand me a mirror until she was all done and getting me out the door. She didn't even bother to give me directions on how to heal my lips besides take pain killers for the pain. Today I came back again because not only did the first girl give bad customer service she left my bottom lip so uneven that no matter how much I massaged My bottom lip I had a big ball on one side. I was even told by two friends that it looked like I had a herpe so I two to be changed to Nicole who's super nice! She took her time and constantly kept stopping and asking me to take a look at my lips and tell her where I felt needed more filler. She explained on what the process is to achieve perfect lips and how to treat them and no it's not just taking pain killers lol but over all I would strongly recommend Nicole for Botox and lip fillers and I would also recommend Derma Touch RN to communicate with their employees on how to give better customer service since I see a lot of bad reviews regarding this and I myself experienced this! read more

I have been to other doctors and they don't hold a candle to DermaTouch RN. I came here on Monday, June 27 for my first ever Juvederm lip filler. I had a bit of swelling and bruising the past two days but now that I am past the 48 hour mark I can see that the swelling is gone and that my lips are perfect! I am SO happy! No regrets at all! Unique location, bright airy and definitely clean facility. I went for Botox and juvederm so I could look my best for my upcoming vacation with my girlfriends. Long story short I was not happy. My face was crooked-the areas on my face where I expressed to her that I wanted to fix had not been changed or improved. I'm not saying the nurse was lacking in skills... maybe there was a lack of understanding/communication on what I wanted- I'm not sure what happened. After waiting the mandatory 2 weeks and seeing no improvement I voiced my concern, made another appointment and they totally understood and took care of me.
