I came here for my first Ulthera treatment and I could not be happier with my experience. The clinic is located in the Shinhan Bank building on the 3rd floor. The place is clean, and the staff greeted me right away. I shared my concerns about saggy skin under my chin and wanting more jawline lift and definition, and the consultant Christine recommended Ulthera, which they specialize in. She explained everything clearly beforehand, including the shot count they would be using for me. My nurse Surin was so sweet and gentle. She made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous, since I had heard Ulthera could be painful. With the numbing cream it honestly just felt like tiny finger snaps on my face, much less than microneedling. The whole process, including numbing, the treatment, a little lifting Botox under the chin, and a collagen mask, took about an hour. It was so quick, and I could already see a difference right away. The docs and nurses here really take time to walk through different treatment options and talk through their pros and cons for your skin type, before making recommendations. In particular, I appreciate how many discounts and extra treatment options they add on for free on top of the packages. For example, I bought a potenza package and received 5 free facials. The facials were no joke either - they're the kind of facial you'd expect to pay $100-300 for at any other office. So far I have gotten Rejuran, Potenza, and Pico lasering, Juvelook collagen done here and love all of it. Chan Joo (RN) in particular has been so great. During my pico session, she kindly explained to me the different types of lasering types (DOE and MLA). And then proceeded to do both for me at no additional costs! I visited Dermaster today and from the moment i stepped into the office, I was welcomed in by the friendly staff. First impressions are everything and this office checked all the boxes in my book. From the staff, to the cleanliness of the office, and the private treatment rooms. Everything was great! Treatment: "Shiny face baby toning laser". It was my first time getting laser done so i wasn't sure what to expect but surprisingly enough, the "pain" was tolerable (ticklish & prickly). After the laser treatment, we went to another room for the facial. The facial focused on cooling and hydrating my skin. The aesthetician made sure i felt comfortable throughout the whole treatment which i really appreciated. After my facial, I felt the difference literally as I was getting up. My skin was literally GLOWING and felt so hydrated and plump! I was today years old (35) when I really decided to start taking care of my skin which has "aged" a bit from all the golf in just the last year and few months. I've went to consult at multiple places both Korean and non Korean, and my consultation at Dermaster made most sense to me. This clinic is easy to find, easy to park, and you walk into a clean and nice space. Consulting is very straightforward, and you get to ask about anything you're curious about. Something that wasn't a priority to me was pointed out, but it was a legitimate issue so I was able to address it right away. I also agreed to some injectables that I didn't know about or thought about, all because it just seemed right; my skin desperately needed hydration and rejuvenation. It's no frills here, and they won't mention unnecessary treatments. There are cleansing products, and they disinfect and numb the treatment area very well. I wasn't sure what to expect from injecting Rejuran and Skin Vive, but it actually wasn't all that painful and got through it just fine! Then they put a chilled calming mask before I got up.
