Made an appointment for consultation for eyebrow touch up & received a text couple hours before appointment from owner that she wasn't feeling well & needed to reschedule, confirmed new appointment for 11/01/25 Red Flag #1 owner tell me she's surprised I came even though I have confirmation text of new appointment date & time Red Flag #2 she states she needed to laser remove previous work because of all these excuses she didn't know what ink, or how many artist did work, etc. If you don't know how to do work over previous artists just say you dont do work over previous artists instead of requesting removal costing $1,000 Red Flag #3 Assistant gave me the incorrect paperwork to fill out which requested alot of sensitive data such as Name, address, phone #, email, age , license # medical history, ect. When the owner told me she did not need the paperwork I took it back, because after all the other Red flags I figured she wasn't going to dispose of my information properly. I was right she snatched the paperwork out my hand ripped it up in front of my face & threw it in a trash can. Meme attached lol This is extremely unprofessional any creditable business would have disposed of my sensitive paperwork in a shredder. If anyone has been here & experienced Identity theft I wouldn't be surprised if the place was the source.

Obsessed with the green peel! The Botox is amazing here. Best last tint and lift I've ever head! I always leave here feeling amazing and get compliments on my skin all the time since I started being a regular here!

Omg awesome! I highly recommend getting your brows done here. I have naturally blonde eyebrows, so I've been drawing them on since I 'discovered' eyebrow pencils in 2009. Kashia is a no-nonsense kind of woman and will give it to you like it is. She's a perfectionist and the first time I went, she spent a decent amount of time getting the lines even before starting with the permanent business. Due to scaring I have from childhood in my brows, she steered me to the right kind of brow for me and my skin. She can be a bit gruff, but she does such a great job I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else. She has a great sense of humor and is fun to talk to while she's working. As for getting your brows done, prepare for it mentally. It will hurt. I like to think I'm tough and can take it, but I felt like a puny baby trying not to cry. Follow the directions she gives you for the aftercare and you'll end up with beautiful brows.

Wow - really entitled mean old lady I'm so happy I found Refined Beauty by Adrianna instead

Kashia made my invisible lips look naturally healthy and somehow made my completely uneven eyebrows look balanced.

Additionally this dermatology's website that is linked on map doesn't link to an actual website site and their phone lines continuously go to voicemail. It's very hard to reach anyone or feel cared for at this location. They made me reschedule despite the office being pretty empty as well as the rooms. Staff need to be more solution and efficiency oriented to get more patients treated especially in cases of emergencies.

Please excuse the long review but I had the worst experience with the admin/assistants at this…read moreoffice that I believe should be shared in case it helps anyone avoid the same thing I went through. I had my first appointment with Dr. Ali yesterday as a new patient. Leading up to the appointment, I already noticed how disorganized the office was when it came to paperwork. "Klara" software was used which was a direct messaging line to the front desk team and where my pre-appointment paperwork was filled out. Since I had recently changed to a new insurance, I messaged on Klara to confirm they were in-network for me and the cost of the appointment. They asked for a photo of my insurance card which I provided on July 2. A couple hours later, pre-appointment paperwork request was sent to me which consisted of: Pics of ID, insurance, and 5 forms to fill out and sign. I completed this on July 4. Since it was a holiday weekend, I was hoping I would hear back from them first thing Monday morning. I did not, so I resent the same message Monday afternoon asking about my insurance which they finally gave me the answers to. On July 13, I was resent the same pre-appointment paperwork to fill out but did not fill it out again since I had already done so prior, which I confirmed was shown as completed on the Klara messaging thread. My appointment was for 11:30 AM July 15. When I arrived, I was given an iPad where I requested to fill out pre-appointment paperwork once again. It asked for more information than the initial Klara request, but all the paperwork that was needed from Klara was asked again on the iPad which I found redundant and waste of time. I waited in the waiting room for 50 minutes before I was escorted into the office. I waited in the office for another 15 minutes before the doctor came in. Please keep in mind, this was all with an appointment. Dr. Ali was fine. I saw her for a total of maybe 5 minutes. She gave me a prescription and course of action and sent me on my way to check out. This all felt very rushed but I could tell they were busy so I took it for what it was. At checkout, Dr. Ali's assistant (Her name, according to Klara, is Jissette C) said her computer was being "r-word" (She used this word twice) so she would message me on Klara the necessary steps I would need to take before my next appointment. Never got a message. I spoke with some friends after my appointment and realized I never gave them a pharmacy to send my prescription to nor did they confirm where/if I would be starting the prescription now or before my next appointment. So I messaged on Klara to ask if I was supposed to be starting it now and if my prescription was sent out somewhere. If so, where? Because I had no information on this. Jissette replied that I did not provide a pharmacy. This is true - I wasn't expecting to need medication so was going to provide one if asked about it. I was never asked, this was also what added to my confusion about whether I needed to start the prescription now or before my next appointment. I replied to her my confusion on why this information was not given to me at my appointment because if I haven't reached out, I would not know I needed to start my medication now, to which she replied that they called my phone and left a voicemail and did not receive a call back. She also said I was asked at checkout if I gave them a pharmacy which she said I replied yes to. None of this happened. I never received a call from the office. No voicemail was left. And no pharmacy was asked for at checkout. So I'm not sure if she is confusing me with a different patient or if she is honestly just that incompetent at her job. I ended up going to a new dermatologist the next day which I did all my pre-appointment paperwork in office on iPad, waited 10 mins in lobby, spoke with the doctor for 15-20 minutes about all my questions and concerns, got blood work done, and picked up my medication right after - all in the time span of how long I waited and was seen by a doctor in the Team Dermatology office. I would not recommend this office to anyone and regret ever spending a dollar here. Dr. Ali was a nice lady, but the wait times are not worth the amount of time actually getting medical help and if Jissette is any indication of what her team consists of, I would avoid this place at all cost. TLDR: Unorganized paperwork. Long wait times even with appointment. No time with doctor. Horrible assistant (Jissette C). Office may confuse you with another patient? So beware
