I am very disappointed with Mason and her business. I have been a loyal customer coming every 3-4…read moreweeks since November 2022 but in her recent acts of desperation to make money she has lost me as a customer. I have come to all my appointments and paid full price and only had to cancel one time the day off when I was sick with COVID and she accommodated. I have put up with her being consistently late to appoinments, cancelling on me less than an hour to my appointment and last month she rescheduled me 3 times at the last minute for my appointment and even cancelled on me when I had already showed up and was waiting on her. Recently I lost my job so I wanted to move my May 2024 appt to June when I would start my new job. I rescheduled online like I usually do. She implemented a new policy and made no one aware that now to cancel or reschedule an appointment you have to call in or it won't count and you will be subject to the cancellation fee which is 75% of service cost. I let her know if am still going to be charged even though I rescheduled days in advance I rather come in then get a $250 charge and not be serviced. She still tried to cancel until I pushed back and insisted I still be serviced. After the appt I saw she deleted my email out of my customer portal so I would no longer be notified when they make transactions on my card saved on my account. It just gives shady and grimey business practices. I know she expressed that business has been slow but it is probably due to the economy and she said the new cancellation policy came as a result of them not trying to lose any more money. But strategy makes no sense if it is causing you to lose loyal customers. Overall I don't recommended because they will try to charge you without servicing you and charge your card with out your knowledge. It was nice to see a black owned woman business that you did not have to trek to the city for but her recent business practices are disappointing and deplorable.

I walked in (didn't have an appt.) and my wait wasn't long at all, maybe 10 mins. My esthetician, Aidee, was very friendly, talkative (which I didn't mind), and inquisitive (didn't mind this either) b/c I'm pretty sure that is her tactic to make sure you're comfortable and not a weird silence while she's waxing your parts! I actually wish more would make convos so it's not so "weird". It's also very clean and smells great when you enter! Also, the pink chandelier that is in the waiting area is a whole vibe!! I need it in my life! I probably will go back again if I ever decide that I want to give them another shot and not go to my usual spot.

I'll start by saying that the front office staff are absolutely the friendliest I have encountered in a very long time. First let me say that my appt. was for 9:50 and I was driving away at 9:56. ALL medical professional offices should really take a lesson from this practice first on friendliness, care and concern, and prompt care. First, Morgan was just the sweetest gal and is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and gentle while performing her job assisting Katherine Simmons. About Katherine, she is absolutely FANTASTIC performing her job and makes the visit painless. As I said above, all medical professional offices could stand to visit this office and take notes on the day-to-day movements and treatments of patients. If I thought it would make a difference, I would ask that both Morgan and Katherine receive a sizeable raise for the services that they provide making the patients quite comfortable and listening to the patients regarding issues they may have. I made an appointment at the end of July. I arrived early, and there's a sign at the door asking customers to text a number when they arrive. They will text back when the tech is ready. I went back to my car for a few minutes until I received a text. The beauty bar is salon is pretty big and sectioned by different services. For example, the hair salon is on one side and has a different entrance. The brow bar's entrance is behind the building. The space is beautiful, clean and welcoming. Eden introduced herself and took me to her room. She went over the process before getting started. I don't have any tattoos, so I was terrified to say the least, but Eden was very patient. She helped calm my nerves and assure me that it will be virtually painless. And it was! She used a numbing cream and I barely felt anything. The process took a little over an over and I am SO happy with my brows! I couldn't stop looking in the mirror. I went back a couple months later for my touch up and asked Eden to add blending. She had originally suggested it at my first appointment, but I thought I just wanted microblading. She was right and I should have listened in the first place.
