When I asked, "So I'm being punished for being one minute late?" no one offered a real response. they do not even use numbing cream for the treatment. I left feeling completely dismissed and disrespected. I canceled my membership immediately and was charged a $45 cancellation fee due to a six-month minimum commitment. That might be in the policy, but considering how poorly the situation was handled, it felt very unfair. I understand the importance of punctuality, but the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy here was unacceptable. I have the basic guidelines - I paid enough for them. And if you need the supplements you can get them online. I actually have the manufacturers name that they and a lot of other programs use. They all just put their names on them. So don't be like me and pay all that money for a program that you can do on your own.
