I have had a great experience with QWLC. The center in Duluth has a terrific staff, and they are there to help you succeed. I have been down this "Bunny Trail" before, and I have tried a lot of different diets. The last time I lost a significant amount of weight was in 2005, and that was by going to QWLC. Well, I lost the weight quickly, and I really did not go into the maintenance months, like the program suggest. We all have these reservations about any diet plan, but the only secret for success is to follow the plan. Well, after a few months of flying solo, I started to quickly gain the weight back. I had stopped buying the supplements, not making the weekly visits, and I quickly went back to my old habits of eating. My old eating habits, pulled me back in, like I had never left... I had come back to QWLC in April 2015, and started maintenance in November 2015. My motivation for losing weight is a lot different now, than in the past. I have to consider my overall health for medical reasons, and me being over 50 years old. I am down 76 pounds, and I can only hope that this is the time that I get it all together. This time around, I followed the program, and I made it to the maintenance months, with a different frame of mind. I made it through a week's vacation in Miami, and the Christmas Holidays, and my weight did not fluctuate that much. I still buy the supplements, and I weigh in at the Duluth center every Friday, to help keep me on track. QWLC is totally worth the investment, and I plan to follow the maintenance phase to the letter. The Duluth Office is there for support, and to remind me that I have to work at having a "healthy balance" with the way I eat, and exercise. About a year and a half ago, my mom passed away after a courageous 18-month battle with pancreatic cancer. Right after she passed, I quit smoking and I made up mind that I was going to lose the weight I had been fighting for my entire life. Trying to get my mom to eat to keep up her strength and her weight meant a lot of comfort food that she loved...I loved it, too. Enrolling in the QWL home program has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I lost 30 lbs. and it has been great! I don't live near a QWL center so the home program has worked well for me. I have tried a number of diets, and by far this has been the best program I have ever experienced. I used to eat a lot of cake, cookies, potato chips, etc., but after being on this diet I have been amazed at how my craving for junk food has disappeared. I have learned to eat healthy, and I have never been hungry on this diet. In fact, it has been surprising to actually lose weight on the amount of food I have eaten. I have thoroughly enjoyed being able to eat at restaurants (which I do often). I know how to choose wisely from the menu now. After being on this diet my cholesterol and sugar levels are now in the normal range whereas before they were quite high. An unexpected surprise for me has been the improvement in my joints and digestive system. I used to have stomach pain pretty much everyday, but now I don't. My doctor thinks my joint improvement is due to the lack of sugar in the diet and drinking a lot of water. The price of the home program is very reasonable and it was worth every penny I paid. I have been trying different things to loose weight for years, on my own. I finally got to a place where I was ready to ask for help. A friend had been going to QWLC to loose that "last 10 pounds" that she wanted to loose. I was on a detoxing 3 day before beginning my diet plan with quick weight loss. Even though my contract says I can receive a refund if it's in the 7 day period is not true. I was having health issues, got sick and decided to discontinue plan since it was within the 7 days. They refused refund. Extremely disappointed. I purchased food I normally do not buy, a blender and off from work without pay. Ridiculous. Think twice before seeking help from them. You can do it on your own. Just remove carbs,sugars. Eat smaller portions. Drink 64 oz of water. No need to spend that kind of money. read more

I have tried few different plans, and this one actually works. I was very skeptical about starting it and the first week wasn't easy. But the weight just started falling off and now I'm down 50 pounds since September. The best part is you don't have to get any special food you just go to the grocery store and pick up the things off your food list which was no problem because there were things that I should be eating anyway. I am a new fan of Quick Weight Loss Centers after joining the Duluth GA facility in late Sept. I have lost 30 lbs over the time, slowly and regularly, without hunger or exercise. The staff at QWLC in Duluth are fantastic..every person. They told me I would lose weight if I followed their instructions. I did. I lost almost 56 lbs. in 13 weeks. I joined in January 2016 and lost 77 lbs. I've maintained that within a couple of pounds since last August. Before I started I was on five different medicines.
