When I was moved closer to her for another treatment, I asked her to leave because her coughing was spreading germs all over the place. She made a sarcastic remark. My appts have been on time, positive mental attitudes from all staff members, along with just the most friendly professionals, and very knowledgable. Full knee replacements can take a lot of time, patience and work. Having such trained pros helping us to recover, heal and strengthen without overdoing it - makes all the difference! My doctorwants to do knee surgery but I wanted to see if I could either delay the surgery or get in the best shape for a more positive outcome. I started working with Albert Chen at the recommendation of a friend and he has been outstanding. My range of motion has improved, amstarting to get some strength and the constant pain has dimenished, particularly as long as I keep up my exercises. Now I am in 1x/2 weeks to keep my motivated to do the work on my own and have him massage my knee and do range of motion stetches. I have seen many physical therapists over the years and he has been one of the best for me.

I'm flying out of town for 5 days I didn't want to wait til next week. I think it might be helping reduce sore muscles, I just can't tell yet ( sore since last weekend workouts;) I read some research in Cryotherapy last night...it's said to likely burn up to 800 calories after one 3 min session due to the blood vessels rushing from the protected core to all the areas once you're out.
