After going through the legal process and receiving a court ruling in our favor, we are still waiting for payment that was ordered. Brian, the representative who appeared on behalf of the company in court, was present during the process, which makes the lack of resolution even more frustrating. What has upset us most is not just the original issue, but the continued lack of follow-through afterward. Having to pursue legal action was stressful enough, and still not having the matter resolved has been incredibly disappointing. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage others to do thorough research and proceed with caution. To those who have had a good experience with them thus far,just hope that they don't damage your vehicle and you have to take other measures, because if you do, winning in court does not settle the issue. After repeated calls and talking with Brian, their manager, will not return calls and have completed disregarded their legal responsibilities. We're talking a $3,000 repair. Work was done, car was running, I was satisfied. About a month later, check engine light comes on. Misfire. I brought it back not knowing what to expect -- and this is where Kenny's separated themselves from every other shop I've ever dealt with. They inspected it, found that 3 of the coils had failed, and also discovered the O2 sensor had completely gone out. They replaced all 6 coils and the O2 sensor. Completely free of charge.
