They found some other maintenance work I needed so I chose to do some other services as we couldn't figure out exactly where the other noise was coming from. I took the car home and the other noise came on again on the freeway so I recorded it and emailed it to them. I dropped my car off the next day and also spoke to the owner Tony who is a great person. He was very patient, calm and ended up finding out what the issue was, and got it all fixed for me. It was nice to work with Daniel, the Service Manager, and Tony, the Owner and help find out exactly what was going on with my car. I really appreciate their customer service and honesty. Daniel was very helpful and clear in communication. It was so difficult for me to find a mechanic in nears my house who would help me restore my dad's car. Then someone told me about Schmitt Automotive. Frank and Mark helped me restore this car. They didn't just help me fix the car so it can drive again. Frank helped me restore the car to the point that it's no longer leaking in the trunk, the radio that didn't work now is working great. We're talking a $3,000 repair. Work was done, car was running, I was satisfied. About a month later, check engine light comes on. Misfire. I brought it back not knowing what to expect -- and this is where Kenny's separated themselves from every other shop I've ever dealt with. They inspected it, found that 3 of the coils had failed, and also discovered the O2 sensor had completely gone out. They replaced all 6 coils and the O2 sensor. Completely free of charge.
