My friend ordered a chicken sandwich and pasta salad. The grilled cheese was ok nothing amazing and on the smaller side for fillings. The seasoned potato chips were not that great as I don't care for potato chips as a side however it makes it easier on the establishment if they want to limit the cooking of items. I tried the pasta salad and it was too sweet and not my style of pasta salad personally as I'd opt for savory forward flavors. We did not try their drinks though.

What a delightful find!…read more A group of friends and I visited The Porch at the end of September while traveling through the area, and what a wonderful experience from start to finish! From the moment we walked through the door, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful in explaining how the ordering process worked. The atmosphere was fantastic, especially sitting out on "the porch"! The menu offered so many tempting choices, and did I mention they have ICE CREAM?! Between our group, we enjoyed appetizers, sandwiches, pizza, and, of course, ice cream. Every single thing was delicious! What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. Even a little glitch with the mustard dispenser was addressed and resolved within about 30 seconds. It's those little things that speak volumes about how a business is run! Great food, wonderful atmosphere, and genuinely friendly people who clearly care about their customers. The Porch was an absolute gem and a highlight of our travels! Thank you for such a memorable experience. We would happily return and highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area!

We had to ask the waitress to warm the food for us, which is an uncomfortable thing to do. The food came back only slightly warmer. This place may be very good at night, but in the morning they have a lot of work to do. Very unfortunate to have such service after having a good dinner the night before.
