One of the worker was spitting everywhere. He even did it on the floor once probably thinking no one noticed. They had 3 guys at my house. And only really one of them seemed to care about the house. He actually made sure his shoes were clean before entering. He seemed like just a kid so probably makes sense, (Has some respect). The taller one seemed to be in charge, and he was nice I will give him that. It was the one spitting that was the worst. He didn't seem to care and wouldn't be surprised if he half assed his job. Kinda went off on a rant. All I have to say is. If you need the job done cheep they are your guys. But it may not be done well or fast.

The "dispatcher", or maybe the owner, I'm not sure, was very helpful and understood the situation and told us that he could have someone out early Monday morning between 8-1pm. No emergency tech was available on Sunday, at this time. He quoted the service call fee over the phone ( way more reasonable than the other two plumbing services I called, prior to calling KC services...One place had been sold with a new number...never answered, and the 2nd one called back hours later). The KC dispatcher said a text would be sent to notify us that the plumber would arrive in 15 min from the time of the text. Sure enough it did, shortly after 8am on Monday. Along with the text, a bio of the plumber arrived, with a photo. This was very helpful and greatly appreciated. Our plumber was Roody, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He arrived in the company's van with all parts available for what we needed. He checked out the problem and gave us two scenarios with two quotes. Fortunately, it was the easier fix and lesser fee. His service was quick, left the area clean. I highly recommend this plumbing service to all in the area.

Then decided to tell me that they are running behind. Could not give me an update to when. 1:54pm still nothing. Had to call Home Depot and ask what is going on. 2:59pm at my house with no heads up. Upset that no one is home now. Finally called me and I told them I will be back in 30 mins. They came inside and tried to tell me I needed all of these things. Told them I didn't need them and they said then we can't do the install. Ask the guy to leave and he did. The best part was he said it would take 6 hours to do the job and drain the old tank. Now I know why they are behind.
