She was a repeat customer and she brings her dogs multiple times a week. There were other customers I ran into with dogs who said the same thing. We were happy with how our cat was treated but also how the staff treated my daughter and me. Quick to respond to texts and no problem if we needed to extend. We will keep them in mind in the future.

We went for a tour and the ladies there made us feel good about leaving her there. When we picked her up after a week long cruise our dog looked right at home when we picked her up. She was asleep in her pen and she seemed right at home. NO DRAMA! Just a great experience! We are customers for life. She smelled fresh from the groomer as they had given her a bath and dried her too. 6 Stars!

When we walked in the door everyone was friendly and the facility did not smell one bit like dogs were there (an amazing feat). Our Berner is pretty stubborn but the staff took great care with him and said his problem behaviors did not present themselves during his stay: a testament to how the staff treated him and worked to develop a relationship with our dogs. We were so happy we found Tiki Paws and won't hesitate to use them again when we are back in the area.
