The office #208 on the second floor has a small lobby and a busy place, but they move you in and out within 20 minutes in our case. My daughter had her proper docs and paid by credit card. The Known Traveler Number aka KTN only takes a few days to be emailed. The two women who are Federal contractors for Indemia were friendly and efficient. Very impressed with the customer service in a stressful position. This is my second time as I had obtained mine a years ago. My daughter is now set with being out of state for college. Recommend TSA Pre-Check if your a frequent traveler. The cost is $78 for 5 years. Review your credit cards benefits because some will reimburse the cost 100%.

There is clutter everywhere and you'll see everything from packing materials, to plants, to books. The guy behind the counter was neither friendly nor rude, if that makes sense. It cost me $8 to send a document mailer to Maine. I came here here because when I went to the post office the line was very long. This place is very close to my house and I thought I'd give it a shot. I'm pretty sure I would have spent the same, so instead of waiting a super long time, yeah I'll come here again.

Venture is a local company that's operated in the area for some decades and to my knowledge holds a strong reputation for coach travel. The bus was clean inside and out and arrived on time. The driver was professional and got us from Virginia Beach to Stafford on time. When coming home he let the team stop for food which delayed our arrival home somewhat. Once on the road he kept us moving and I felt safe the entire round trip. The only negative was cooling the rear. The athletes complained a few times. With my experience they deserve a 4.5 rounding up with superior service. I would happily recommend and not hesitate to book again. Thank you Venture.
