There's always an attendant there, and I found them to be very helpful when I had a question about something, as I am a weekly customer. I found out that they also have a service where you can just bring the laundry in (even large amounts) and they will weigh the laundry and you pay per pound. Then they wash, dry, fold and package your things and you just show up and it's done with a pretty quick turnaround. Pretty great deal, imho. Saves you time and aggravation by just getting it done. I'd recommend it for a good place to do a not-so-fun job.

I'm in Brockton, Ma just outside of Boston and needed to do a load or two, my sisters machine being unavailable. Went to my trusty Yelp app and up popped Wash n Go. Plugged it in to GPS and wallah! Took me straight to DM Laundry....the DM stands for Dream Machine. Yah. I know I said Wash n Go, but there's been a change in ownership. Anyways I was just expecting the usual...y'know, imdifferent attendant if any at all, one or two malfunctioning machines, etc....But It Wasn't!!! Let's start with the amenities and there are many. Mon and Tues 15% of DML money, Wed 1/2 off wash n fold, Free Dryer Thurs, and my personal favorite: Coffee and donuts Sat and Sunday lThere's free Wifi and in rhe back, 2 pool tables. For the kids there's a bank of arcade games and a basketball machine also. Now thats how I like to do laundry!!! Speaking of which, the machines are brand new and you have the option of using coins or Visa/MC...talk about convenience at your fingertips. Signage is clear and takes a common sense approach. To me, however, the real asset is Ms (Awesome) Amalia. She is like the energizer bunny with a smile. A shining example that all laundry attendants should follow. She should teach a class. I also met David (He's a Vet... thank you for your service) ...very cordial, useful, and busy. Additionally, this is at least a 50% veteran owned establishment. In any case, I had a superior laundry experience and hope you will support this business because it makes doing laundry cool again.

Dryers cost $0.25 per 8 minutes (not enough time to completely dry a load). You have to pay $1 to purchase a card to use the machines and then you can add credit to the card using cash. There is an attendant available who is nice and willing to help even if you're confused about what to do when you first walk in. I gave 3 stars because although the area was okay, it ruined my mood to have to pay that much just to wash & dry one load of clothes.

My main motivation to switch was that the…read moreother one is never open and my social interactions there were usually awkward, coupled with parking difficulties. Dependable seems like a very solid dry cleaner. I haven't done a price comparison, but I am sure it is not the cheapest. However, their nighttime drop box is a godsend. I love that I can drop my bag in the middle of the night. They are also open seven days a week which is really helpful. The staff here are pleasant and I have not had any problems with my things being lost or ruined. I don't believe dry cleaners are miracle workers so I would be wary of trusting them with anything really important. One note is that the cost and turnaround time for a comforter is a little absurd. Apparently, they clean them off site and I think I paid $30 for a twin comforter and it took two weeks for it to come back. I think I will take my chances with my washer in the future. Otherwise, a great operation that keeps me looking put together.

I didn't hear from them for 2 days (I thought it was a 24 hour service). I called and was told it was bc my card didn't go thru; made sense bc I had lost my card. It was now Saturday and my stuff was waiting around bc they did not make me aware of the issue. I was told it would all be delivered Monday. I showed up to grab it myself bc I needed my bedding. I was then told my comforter wasn't ready and would be delivered a week from the drop off (I didn't order any special service for it). I get home and my comforter was in the bag... I have no idea what they were gonna deliver next week. I open up the comforter and it has bleach stains on it. Brand new comforter is ruined, time wasted, super frustrating. ~~ Update: They paid for me to pickup a new comforter at Target & refunded my original wash cost. Part of the issue was that I didn't have the correct colored bags at pickup. They may be more 'dependable' when the system is understood and followed
