He hasn't responded to emails for an update. I called an insurance company I don't like and got a quote over the phone. Naturally this raised concerns about identity theft and wondering if someone else is applying for insurance in our names. The main office said they would put a note in the file for no future contact. Other online reviews for the listed phone number in the letter stated that they harass people with phone calls at all hours trying to sell insurance. Not customer oriented!

They did not stop the coverage with progressive. They said I did not sign the correct form. I explained I signed what the gave me. If they sent the wrong form, that is Schwan's fault. Bella said no, we did our job right. I must admit, I lost it. Told them what I thought of them. I do not recommend them. Went from good to just bottom of the barrel for agency and customer service.
