I dropped off my sick MacBook Pro, and the experience was far superior to what I'm accustomed to in typical mall Apple Stores - speaking as a long-time Mac user. Before formally submitting my device, "Connie" asked me questions and conducted a thorough problem-solving session. My options were further detailed by the Service Manager, "Sunni." As a former Applecare specialist, Sunni is a bastion of insider insight and realistic advice. Overall, the service was more transparent and MUCH more personalized than I'm used to - though just sitting in peace without waiting or straining to hear the staff was a treat, and it's comforting to know the business employs an *accessible* team of experts with different specialties. Each time I am brushed off, told to change a setting (which I have changed all of the settings he has advised, changed all my passwords, used Authenticator apps, etc.) with no improvement.
