Unlike all the other storage companies I visited, they didn't make me jump through hoops to get a special "online only" rate or promotion. Very up front with their pricing, and it wound up being a few dollars less than the next closest I looked at. Jana made it easy to get everything set up when we returned to sign the lease. Since then I have been back to the property several times and every other employee I have interacted with has been polite and friendly. The building seems newer, it's very well maintained and CLEAN!
