Their donation spot is all over but yet they don't have anything nice hanging, without charging so much. My number one complaint is no changing rooms!! Ridiculous! Staff isn't very polite either. And while they do have paint and paint brushes, they did not have the very specific brand that my wife prefers. So no sale today. [Review 10622 overall, 455 of 2019.]

I think Michaels is a great addition to Bismarck! More importantly, this store is open on Sunday…read more(unlike Hobby Lobby). The customer service here is always superb! The aisles are always clean and organized; there is always wonderful deals! Unlike Hobby Lobby, you can sign up and get reward points and coupons, which is fabulous for someone who shops here regularly. They don't have a fabric section, but that's okay by me, because they have a large selection of holiday decor! I have yet to try out any of there classes that they offer, but I will someday soon! This is such a kid friendly place, they offer kid craft classes, how genius!

Even though the selection was…read morea bit less than I was expecting however since they are a newer store I was pleasantly surprised! The person at the register was beyond wonderful. They were positive and kind. My room mate and I picked out 2 or 3 books and the total price was under $15. We couldn't believe it! I definitely recommend stopping by to check out this store. We will most certainly stop in whenever we need our next read or even just to donate books we no longer want!

We stopped there to get paint samples and the gentleman was not helpful at all with giving advise…read moreregarding color matching. He also stated the small paint sample jugs are $8 something, but we could get them for $5. So, we went on and picked out three different color and when he rung us up, he charged us the original $8 something and when I asked him about it, he said that is was because of the account he rang it in under. I think it's very poor service to quote someone a price, then 5 minutes later say it's a different price. We won't go back there.

First, although the reviews are showing up as America's Mattress, the store has changed their name…read moreto America's bedding company. I purchased a mattress that was an "in the box" Mattress for a camper I gave them measurements of 60 inches long 84 inches wide. They said the mattress was that measurement. I was going out of town the next day so I opened the mattress put it into the camper to let it expand, and when I returned, I found out the mattress did not fit. It was longer than 60 inches. Apparently we didn't communicate properly because their measurements were the opposite of mine. I contacted them to see about exchanging it and was told bluntly that there is a no returns policy and that I had given them the measurements and they had given me a mattress that fit those measurements so I was going to go back with pictures to show how it fit, but determined that it was useless since their policy is no returns so I will have to sell the mattress myself and look for one that is the proper size for my camper. Their customer service is very lacking since they do not make their exchange return policies known until after you've walked out the door and have a problem.
