When we dropped the car off we told them we would be paying and then the price tripled from the quote. To me, either they are in collusion with the insurance company or they practice bait and switch. The worst part is, they didn't align the new fender correctly as the gaps on both sides of the hood are off and it is raised and not level with the hood. Recently, he even referred me to another shop that specialized in the type of work I needed because he knew they could do it faster and at a lower cost. That kind of honesty and confidence is rare.
