I live in New Tampa and looked long and hard to find a great dentist. My research paid off. Nicole, the Receptionist, has the kindest, no pressure, no worries presence and she is very good at her job and just a kind human being. (Her customer service is 5 Stars). Brittany ( Dr. Byars) assistant is as kind and gentle and also gets a 5-star rating. I needed a root canal and a crown- I told them I was a chicken and did not want to feel a whole lot of pain - (I already had 5 days of a toothache) Thank Goodness for Dr. Byars! (who gets 6 stars!) He listened, explained the exact procedure, and what needed to be done. Once I agreed, Dr. Byars went to work - it was painless. I was so surprised (and HAPPY) that I did not jump out of the chair once! Follow-up instructions were followed, and I didn't have any problems or pain after the numbing shots wore off. For the first time in my life, I will have no issues if I need to go back to this team for my dental care. Thank You ALL at Smile360.

I did not feel that much additional testing was done, and I was not provided with a complete treatment plan. The biggest problem was the communication afterward. I requested additional information about the proposed treatment, self-pay pricing, and my dental images. Although some X-rays were provided, several important questions remained unanswered. I sent multiple follow-up emails and called the office several times. I was repeatedly told that someone would get back to me but I still did not receive the requested information or clear answers. Based on my experience, the $49 promotion felt more like a way to get new patients through the door before presenting them with expensive treatment recommendations. Combined with the lack of clear follow-up and difficulty obtaining basic information, the entire experience left me very uncomfortable. I would not recommend visiting this office.

There is nothing better than a practitioner who "nerds out" on what he does - you know he's passionate about it. I immediately liked them both. Over the years, I grew alongside the practice. Despite expanding, adding another office, and relocating to Brandon, Dr. Arnold, Teri, and the rest of the staff remained exactly what made them special from the beginning: grounded, professional, caring, and genuinely invested in my dental health. They always worked with me as partners to achieve the best possible outcomes. In many ways, they felt more like friends than healthcare providers. One thing that always impressed me about Dr. Arnold is his honesty. He doesn't sugarcoat anything--you get a straightforward assessment of your condition and the available options. At the same time, he provides thoughtful, well-developed treatment plans and clearly explains each option so you can make informed decisions. His directness is balanced by compassion, empathy, and a complete absence of judgment. Teri and the office staff are absolute experts when it comes to insurance and billing.
