Mind you I've been coming to Laser Dentistry since I moved to GA in 2018 and Dee my hygienist up until she left over a year ago was the absolute best. Ever since she left, I've not been too pleased with my cleanings and Tara gets crowned "the rudest, most uncaring, rushed job, smart mouth Queen. When she started, she was rough and I told her I have sensitive teeth and asked her to be more gentle. She said "I can tell by the look on your face" and laughed. I said, Yes, you're too rough". She proceeded and was still rough and rushing. I told her she was hurting me and she replied, "Sometimes we have to bear the grit and pain". It took everything in me not to snap on her because she clearly had no clue that I'm a loyal patient but I'm not some kid she can talk down to. After literally 15 or 20 minutes, she was done. I asked her what happened to polishing my teeth and she told me she did that first. I said, "oh really". Oh I forgot to say the first round of X-rays she did came back with "error" so she had to do them again and was very rough with the "bite" process as well. After Dr Nguyen came in to check X-rays etc, he told her to do something that should've done initially that she failed to do. Then after that she told me I was done. Mind you she never gave me a rinse so my mouth felt gritty and she didn't give me my dental care package. I complained about her at checkout and thankfully Caroline went and got my rinse and Char got my care package but I overheard her tell Char, "She was only here 30 minutes" as if that was justification for her not giving me my care package. All I know is I told them I would not sit in her chair again and that she needs a whole lot of training on bedside manners and not rushing! She thought it was all funny. Luckily, I love the staff because my experience with her made me think about finding a new dentist. However, I realize she's the bad apple in the bunch and she will not run me away. So warning, go to Laser but if you want a great teeth cleaning and good bed side manners, stay away from Tara's chair. She SUCKS! Love the rest of the team tho.. so they get 5 stars but Ms Tara gets a negative 5. I said what I said. Tara, do better! PeriodT!

Even though they were very busy, Right Smile was super kind and squeezed me in. They were so comforting and concerned about my well-being on the phone, and that energy continued into the office. They made sure I had plenty of Novocain and that I was in as little pain as possible through the procedure. They also completed the work in record time. When it came time to talk money, the cost was much less than I anticipated to boot. I'm now at home, resting, with my pain totally relieved. I need extensive dental work, which I've been pretty embarrassed about, and the team made me feel very comfortable about fixing my teeth and not embarrassed at all! On January 2.2020 I went to the dentist before my trip to Africa. It was to get a crown and a…read morefilling. They gave me temporary ones, assuring they would last my 2 week trip to Africa. After arriving in Africa my filling on the front tooth snapped completely in half breaking off the real tooth with it. So I immediately went to a dentist in Africa And got a flipper, which was advised by the American dentist as an okay thing to do while I was away. Then the same week the temporary crown on my moler came off as well. I had to buy an adhesive to put on there for the time being. Upon my arrival back to us I went to the dentist. They told me that they were not liable for the broken tooth. And that they would put a permanent crown on my moler so I let them since the crown was already ordered. And was very upset about my broken tooth. They said they would not be able to fix it unless I paid the remaining balance. They had added on many additional fees being that it went from a filling now to a bigger issue, as well as not compensating me for the flipper I had to get in Africa. So I didn't return back. Now, I finally decided to trust another dentist I had a full exam done with x rays, come to find out that the work they did has to be completely redone. The crown does not fit the gum base and could cause an infection. Not only to find out they filed the tooth too much now I have to have an implant where a simple filling was once required. I'm totally upset I went to this dentist. Strongly advise others to STAY AWAY !!!
