I am a very apprehensive (chicken) person when it comes to dental work ... my last dentist retired last year and I was forced to start all over again. From the beginning of walking in the front door, the front end ladies were very good at listening to my concerns and putting me at ease. They have a front end water feature that is very soothing. The dental assistant that brought me to the chair. was fantastic ... making me feel very at ease. The Dr. has been doing this for a number of years and was very attentive to my concerns. I felt nothing after the freezing needle (a minor poke). I need some major work that will require a lot of visits. I actually look forward to going back (never thought I would say that).
