Everytime I come in the dentist has not a clue about my history. I have come in with a history of abscesses and a history of jaw surgeries and the dentist I saw does not do anything. They examine and send me back where I came from. I am always being sent to other offices, they are reluctant to even prescribe and antibiotic even with my history. I have left every time frustrated, in pain, and unsure what to do because they don't hear me. The front desk girl I saw today was the first person I interacted with that seemed to genuinely care I was struggling and in severe pain. Go anywhere else for your dentistry needs.

When calling for hours to find an oral surgeon for an urgent condition, I was blessed enough to speak with Isabelle. She answered my questions about insurance and was able to fit me in that afternoon due to a cancellation. Isabelle was very helpful, kind, and extremely calming and caring when I was very anxious and worried. When I arrived, I checked in with Jessie who had a personality that was welcoming, friendly, and very bubbly. Together Isabelle and Jessie were a dream team and went above and beyond for me. Both ladies had such positive attitudes, were so respectful to one another with the kind words they used when interacting with one another and the other patients. I met with Dr. Cho who was very timely, direct, informative, and suggested an immediate plan of action. Dr. Cho answered all of my questions thoroughly and allowed me to me to feel at ease and I instantly felt very confident snd comfortable with my upcoming surgery. The team was able to fit me in right before Christmas, as opposed to having to wait until January, which was beyond appreciated. Jessie stayed late to call insurance companies, after her work hours and even called me to give me an update on what to expect. This is unheard of in a world of mediocre at best service and communication. Jessie's clear communication and immediate follow-up were amazing! She scheduled my procedure for the following day, amazingly! Another member of the team called me to follow up after the procedure was completed to see how I was feeling and asked did I have any questions or concerns since arriving home. Together the team resolved my issue and made it such a positive experience. Overall, this team was amazing and such a blessing to me! Their kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service were appreciated and I want them to be recognized and applauded for the role each played in getting me back to being healthy. You guys were outstanding!

I have always walked into both offices to have the Form 3300 signed/stamped. Apparently they don't do that anymore. It's apart of their "protocol" that there is a 24 hr turnaround time and it's in the paperwork that we sign off on annually. However, they break "protocol" when it suits them and so if you walk in to have the form signed the same day, be prepared to be told no if they don't want to do it on that day. The office manager was rude to my husband and when I spoke with her, she didn't offer an apology. They spent 15 min on the phone with me, explaining why they couldn't fill in the form and in that time, not one person was able to look up my child's chart and write down her last visit. The doctor prefers to physical put pen to paper and sign off on the Form 3300, so you have to wait until she's available to do so. And, no one else in the office has this authorization which is highly unusual for any doctor's office. Typically, someone else can sign off on this form. Most offices use a stamp. Pretty disappointed in you guys today. And the explanation is pretty unbelievable and unreasonable. Lidiya Welch

She had cavities at a very young age and had to be placed under anesthesia to fill and he made sure he explained the process and we had it at the hospital because he was concerned with the size of her tonsils. Long story short his concern led to her pediatrician (who had to clear her for surgery) sending her to an ear nose and throat specialist. We had her tonsils and adenoids removed and we would have never known the issue existed if it hadn't been for Dr Hicks. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The new office is absolutely gorgeous -

It's by far the most beautiful dentist office I've seen, with a lobby that looks like a Vegas hotel lobby. There's a movie room to keep your children occupied while waiting, or adults waiting for their kids. He does such a great job, when my daughter had 8 cavities (yes, 8, oops), he took care of it swiftly and she had no issues. In the new office, they have a gold coin to give to them where they can pick from several candy ball-like machines as a prize. My daughter literally asked when the next time she can get a cleaning because she wanted another gold coin. Brilliant! Highly recommend!

The entrance wall to the treatment area is filled with fun items that my children were drawn into the room like magnets. They didn't complain once throughout the whole time. Dr. Kim was just amazing. Professional, confident, and yet very kind. She explained everything clearly to me as well as to my children so they'd know what to expect before any procedures. That made a big difference in helping them feel safe and comfortable. I'm really thankful to have found a place like this as a new neighbor in this area. Personally, with the epidemic crisis of 1 in 15 children becoming addicted to opioids, the nerve block should be standard practice and not a pricey add-on... everywhere! The waiting room was spacious and clean. The music over the loud speakers was changed after an "F-bomb" was heard with the first station. That never would've happened at our traditional Dental Town (Canton) so we were disappointed. Fortunately our child is 16 and not 7. Once the music adjusted & the room readied, we were brought back. The staff were so pleasant and kind. They gave her a blanket and had all 4 impacted teeth out in 25 min. Remarkable! Dr. Cho worked with precision and diligence. Of course, the effects of her coming off the anesthesia was a riot- the highlight of the event. We highly recommend Dental Town for their conservative approach, proficient work and friendly staff. During the procedure she cut my mouth as her tool slipped. 2 weeks later I experienced pain and went back to my previous dentist, who examined the work done and informed me Dr. Thulasi Muppuru had done a terrible job on the replacement fillings and had left a gap between my teeth. I now have to pay to get the work redone and insurance will not cover this as they tell me these teeth have already had work done on them. I will be out of pocket. My strong advice is NOT to use this dentist or practice.

What an amazing practice, seriously like none other I have experienced. Upon arrival, the first…read morething that stood out to me was how clean, neat, and organized everything was from the waiting room to the bathroom and treatment room and everything in between. Dr. Connell came in and performed my consultation, confidently and assuring my reviewing my treatment plan with me. I had to have a dental crown made and fitted and Dr. Connell happens to have the machine that allows this to occur same day. No messing with temps falling out when you're chewing or worrying you might stab your tender gum with a chip while waiting for the permanent to arrive. Anywho... Dr. Connell was crowning a tooth that had cracked some years ago. He told me it might be sensitive for a bit because it is like a bruise; the nerve has been repeatedly irritated for so long that it needs to time to heal. Well here I am 7-8 weeks later and he was right. My crown feels nearly perfect in that I barely notice or recall that I have had a crown placed at all!! I feel so fortunate to have been a patient here. The staff is all super awesome, especially the tech who helped out for my procedure. They have such great banter and work together seamlessly, and she was the sweetest !! My only regret is not having found them sooner. My husband and I relocated out of GA but we plan to return one day and if we are in this area, Dr. Connell will be our dentist no doubt. 10/10 experience, would try again, highly recommend !!!!
