Dr Lin is the best Periodontist I have ever dealt with in fact, the entire staff are exceptional starting with Reception. They treat me like part of their Family and I feel "cared for" not "treated". It is also where I was very lucky to find a remarkable Dental Hygienist, Danna Munro. Danna is very well educated in her field and welcomes all my questions. I have never been disappointed and I always follow her advice. I can honestly say that I look forward to my cleanings now since seeing her. She is extremely gentle while working on me and is genuinely happy to see her clients. Always smiling, her personal skills help to make the time go by quickly and painlessly. I will never allow anyone else to perform my dental hygiene.

Le très sympathique Dr Samer Abi Nader a transformé mon sourire pour en faire l'un de mes plus beaux atouts. Son expertise remarquable, combinée à sa grande capacité d'écoute et à sa compréhension des besoins de ses patients, m'a toujours fait sentir entre d'excellentes mains. Plus récemment, j'ai dû subir une procédure pour un implant, réalisée par Dr Barbara Botorous. Elle a effectué l'intervention avec un doigté et une précision impressionnante. J'ai particulièrement apprécié sa grande sensibilité, son écoute attentive et sa façon rassurante d'expliquer chaque étape. Honnêtement, je n'ai absolument rien senti, que ce soit lors de la prise de sang, de l'extraction de la dent ou encore pendant la préparation de l'implant et la greffe. C'est une jeune médecin d'une grande humanité, promise à un avenir exceptionnel dans ce domaine. Je tiens également à souligner la merveilleuse synergie de toute l'équipe : Yvonne, Christine à l'accueil, Marie et tous les autres membres du personnel. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I have made. The very kind and personable Dr Samer Abi Nader transformed my smile into one of my greatest assets. His remarkable expertise, combined with his ability to listen and truly understand his patients, always made me feel that I was in excellent hands. More recently, I had to undergo a procedure for a dental implant performed by Dr Barbara Botorous. She carried out the procedure with impressive precision and a very gentle touch. I especially appreciated her compassion, her attentive listening, and the reassuring way she explained every step of the process. Honestly, I did not feel a thing -- not during the blood draw, nor during the tooth extraction, nor during the preparation for the implant and the bone graft. She is a young doctor who is both kind and deeply human, and I am certain she has an outstanding future ahead in this field. I would also like to highlight the wonderful synergy of the entire team: Yvonne, Christine at reception, Marie, and all the other staff members. Everyone contributes to creating an atmosphere that is both highly professional and genuinely welcoming. I highly recommend the services of this clinic. Beyond their undeniable expertise and competence, they make you feel truly unique, respected, and exceptionally well cared for. For all of my appointments everyone on this team from the front desk staff, to the hygienists, to Dr. Shelemay himself have provide nothing but excellence in care. With a history of precancerous cells on my tongue, I am always nervous to have an oral exam. Dr. Shelemay and his staff take great measures to ensure I feel as relaxed and reassured as possible.
