To make matters more complicated for me, I am flying out on vacation as soon as I get home. Needless to say, I was concerned about my vacation plans if something major was wrong. I called the office this morning and explained the situation. Even though I am not a patient of the office, they agreed to see me this afternoon. When I showed up, the office was busy, so I really appreciated that they squeezed me in. The front office staff was friendly and helpful. They called my dental insurance company. Even though they are not participating in my plan, they researched how much my plan would pay for the check up and any x-rays. This was really going out of their way, instead of simply billing me and letting me figure out the insurance. The dental assistant was pleasant, talked with me about why I was there, and took an x-ray before getting the dentist. The dentist was pleasant, professional and helpful. She examined the tooth, and gave me the good news and bad news. I'll need a crown, but the tooth and filling are solid and should get me through my vacation with no trouble. She smoothed out the sharp edge, smoothed it some more when it was still a little sharp, and I was back to work. By the way, the office is beautiful and modern. If I didn't live six hours away, I would be back to have the crown done and would make them my regular dentist. Thank you to the dentist and the staff.

Not only is he an…read moreexceptional dentist, but the entire staff are some of the most welcoming, understanding people I have ever encountered, both inside and outside of a medical office setting. My own experience with Dr. Bautista was phenomenal. I'd waited too long to take care of an abscessed tooth and the pain was worse than unbearable. Without hesitation, the staff accommodated me for an appointment ASAP. The dental hygienist who saw me was super understanding, calm and social. I'm the type of person who is crazy nervous at the dentist, but she made me feel super comfortable. I was quickly scheduled for a root canal, and when the time came, let me tell you, I don't think I've ever been more anxious. Again, the front staff made me feel so at ease... I should have listened to their reassurance, because honestly Dr. Bautista did an awesome job. I felt literally no pain during the whole procedure, and he was even cracking a few jokes throughout; and in the end, he did a fantastic job. It's a few days later and I still don't feel any pain or discomfort. Bottom line, I've never felt more welcomed or comfortable at a dentist's office, ever. The office is top notch and the machinery is up to date; the entire staff is outstanding, super professional, kind and welcoming. Nobody likes to get dental work done, so I suggest you make it easy on yourself and go see Dr. Bautista.
