This is a long overdue review for an incredible job Israel did on my wifes late model Ford Edge this past summer. The vehicle was damaged by a Suburban's door that swung open in heavy wind and crushed the lower body line of the drivers door. I took the vehicle to (2) other paintless dent removal companies and both said they couldn't fix it because of the severity and location. I went to (3) body shops for estimates, which ranged from $1200-$1800. I decided to really search Southern California for a paintless dent removal craftsman that had the skill to repair the damage and that search led me to Israel. Israel is an artist. I recently inherited a truck and it had a nerf on the rear panel that needed repair. Went to FixAuto and they recommended Israel. Called him and texted a couple photos with the dent and he promptly quoted me what i considered to be very fair price, given no sanding or painting would be required. Which is much of the reason i wanted to go with paintless dent removal, as I have had repair work done on other vehicles and the paint seems to never perfectly match... Israel and one of his team showed up the day and time we agreed to and he got to work. As others have said, he is a standup, honest and knowledgeable guy who clearly knows what he is doing, which is a huge confidence builder as a customer. taking a look at the dent in person, Israel actually quoted a slightly lower number for the repair, yet another pleasant surprise. I worked from home that day, and while on my laptop, I heard Israel and his partner bang and tap on the truck for almost 3 hours. Finally, Israel knocked on my door to let me know they were done. I was absolutely blown away. He had repaired the dent in such a way that you would never know it happened. The dent had occurred on an existing body line, which he also managed to repair where even the reflection on the paint is pristine. Oh yeah, he also buffed out the scratch that ran the length of the former dent. He buttoned everything up, all the panels and fasteners were back in place and the work area was totally clean. Fantastic. Everything was perfect and I look at it every day since and can't figure out how he did it, but he did it. Someone had left an ugly dent on my brand new car and I was really upset about it. That is until I searched the web and learned about pointless dent removal. After some yelp search and asking around I was given the contact for Israel. I texted him hoping to get an appointment for the weekend, instead he was working on my car an hour later! He came to my work, examined the dent and also some other superficial scratches on the bumper. He fixed both of them for a very reasonable price and the result looks fantastic. I was visiting my younger sister in San Diego. Upon arrival I noticed a large dent in the back of her Chrysler Town and Country Van. I took it upon myself to get the dent fixed. After searching the Internet and calling 6 companies, I found DentEZOut. Israel contacted me shortly after I text messaged him. So I just purchased a new Lincoln MKZ and within two weeks I accidentally hit my passenger door with a larger portable hammock and frame which left two horrible dime size dents in my new car door. I was recommended to Isreal by a color buff and restoration specialist over in Miramar. I had bought my 17yr onld son and old 1991 black Cadillac. I had the buffer do an excellent job at bring that black gloss paint back to life,but the gave me Izrael's card for any dents. The car had a dent on the back of the trunk that looked like someone had punched it. Having done a little body work and knowing how hard it is to hide even the smallest of defects on black paint ,I didn't think there was going to be to much he could do with it. I got home from work and stood there with my mouth open . I was absolutely amazed. I even turned the car around to get it in a different glare. There was no sign of anything.
