Israel is the real deal. He's a true professional. He's upfront, honest, and most importantly does great work. I had a small dent that I tried to get taken care of at a professional body shop who has done work for me in the past on one of my other cars (they've done great work in the past). Unfortunately, they punted it and didn't come close to getting the dent out. They said because the new Ford F-150s are aluminum, you can't get small dents out. They were going to charge me over $500 to completely sand the door down, use body filler, and repaint the door. On a whim I called Israel because he had great reviews. Happened to run into Israel while working on another car repair today. I had already bookmarked him in yelp based on the great feedback but didn't have the time to contact him for his services. I immediately approached him take a look at my fender dent (smaller than a dime) located on the passenger front fender on my BMW M235. In particular, dents on the corner of a truck bed are very difficult to get out because of the metal being very rigid. On March 3, 2011, I brought my car down to Israel, hoping that he could remove two fairly large dents that were on the rear panel of my passenger-side (behind the passenger door, but in front of the wheel well). No problem, Israel said. He went in through the wheel well and worked his magic. First, it was nice to see him go through the wheel well rather than through the metal, where the door closes. So many dent repair guys drill a hole there and then do a rubber plug. Not Israel. He's as anal as all of us. No holes. No rubber plugs. After about 20-30 minutes of finessing the dings, they were gone. I'm simply unable to tell that the dings ever existed. That's just the kind of outcome I'm looking for when I do paintless dent removal. There were no mistakes and the paint looks perfect.
