Having extensive dental work done can be stressful under any circumstances, but it can feel…read moreespecially overwhelming when you are doing it in a foreign country and placing your trust in a doctor, a team, and a dental lab you do not know personally. From the beginning, Dr. Manriquez and his team made that process feel much more manageable. At my first visit, they took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the treatment plan, and answer my questions clearly. I never felt rushed or pressured. Dr. Manriquez was professional, thorough, and attentive throughout the process, and his calm approach gave me confidence in the decisions being made. I also want to give special recognition to Angeles, Dr. Manriquez's assistant, and the office manager Citlali. Both were incredibly caring, patient, and attentive to detail. They consistently made sure I was comfortable, understood what was happening, and had my questions addressed. Their warmth and professionalism made a real difference during a process that can otherwise feel intimidating. What stood out most was the team's communication and willingness to take the time needed to get things right. They made me feel like a person rather than simply another appointment, and that level of care is not something to take for granted. The entire office was organized, welcoming, and responsive. By the end of the process, I felt genuinely comfortable with the care I was receiving and grateful that I had placed my trust in Dr. Manriquez, Angeles, Citlali, and the rest of the team. I would highly recommend Dr. Manriquez's practice to anyone seeking thoughtful, high-quality dental care, especially to those who may feel hesitant about receiving treatment while away from home.

It was 100% pain free, something I have never experienced before! Highly recommended!

On the way out you pay for parking with for the allotted time you were there. The grocery store and other little stores are on the first floor and a lot of clinics/dentist offices are on the second floor. Once you get to the second floor, there'll be someone at the main door asking you to check in and that really just states your name and how many people are with you and what office you're going to. There is a staircase, and there is an elevator to get to the second floor. The office is small but very clean but unfortunately in Mexico, what happens sometimes is that the running water stops working and you cannot use the restroom since there is no water to flush the toilet. The two girls at the front are really nice and are really inviting. Feel free to ask them any questions you have. Dr Yasmin introduced herself and she was very lovely and she is the person who did my cleaning and my teeth whitening. She was very lovely as well and she kept asking me if I was OK and was very attentive. So what happens first is that the doctor will check you out and make sure that the items you requested can actually happen that day and then someone comes and gives you a quote and if you would like to continue, you sign the quote and then the work is started. It was my very first time doing a teeth whitening, and while she was doing it, it did not hurt at all, but I did experience some teeth sensitivity around an hour later. The teeth whitening is four sessions of 15 minutes under some sort of lamp on your teeth. It is a small quaint clean office. I would definitely go back.

I originally went in for cosmetic work, but ended up needing major dental work as well--including extractions and implants. I'm currently partially through my treatment process with Dr. Iris Olivas, and I could not be happier with the decision! The Care & Facility: Professionalism: Dr. Iris is wonderful, extremely professional, kind, and speaks great English. Specialist Integration: For specialized procedures like extractions and implant placements, she brings in top-tier specialists directly into her office, making the entire care plan seamless and convenient. Modern & Clean: The office is immaculate and located inside a clean, modern professional building alongside other professional cosmetic services. Logistics & Crossing the Border (Super Easy!): If you're nervous about travel, don't be. We take the San Diego Trolley down to the border, cross over on foot, and hop in an Uber. It's a 5-minute drive (at most) from the border. Uber ride costs under $5 each way. Access is incredibly quick and stress-free. Bottom Line: Her pricing is more than reasonable, the quality of care is top-notch, and the whole process is painless. Highly recommend Dr. Iris to anyone in the US considering dental care in TJ!

Dora at the front helped me set up this appointment and she spoke excellent English and Spanish. Most of the staff speak both languages, so if you're nervous about communication, I wouldn't worry about it if you don't speak Spanish. They are very organized and communicate quickly via email and WhatsApp. They offer a shuttle service pick up, which is easy. As soon as you cross the border, the pick up area is right outside the gates and the pharmacy. The driver gives you about a 10-minute grace period for your pick up appointment. However, if you miss it for whatever reason, the uber is under $5 to get to the office. For your appointment, you receive a QR code which you will scan to get through to the elevators. The QR code will only work 15 minutes before your appointment. This is to manage the amount of people in the waiting room. There is still a seating area in the first floor if you're early. Dr. Alexandra performed my cleaning and she was super nice. There is a TV on the ceiling and they even ask about your favorite music to have it on while they work on you. This was the most at ease I've felt at the dentist.

My All-on-Six Dental Implant Experience in Tijuana…read more I want to share my experience with this clinic -- the dentists, the surgeons, and what it's really like traveling to Tijuana for all-on-six dental implants. I started this journey to finally replace broken teeth and fill in the back teeth I'd been missing for years. A family friend who works in dental tourism referred me here (he's got contacts all over Mexico if anyone needs a referral -- his site is cancunallonfour.com). After my initial consultation, we scheduled surgery to remove 14 teeth and place my implants. Dr. Leo is honestly the best -- I had some bone loss going in, but he assured me it wouldn't be an issue, and he was right. He didn't rush the bridge either; he wanted the implants to heal fully and the bone to integrate completely first. Four months later I went back to have the posts placed, and I'd healed so well we skipped temporaries and went straight to the zirconia bridge. Dr. Challi did the actual teeth, and she's truly an artist. I stayed a full week to make sure everything was perfect, and it is. They treated me with so much respect the whole way through. The clinic is at New City Medical Plaza, literally five minutes from the border, and the hotel on the other side of the plaza is excellent too -- we stayed there both trips, and the whole team was there for us every step. And I almost forgot the best part: between the surgery, the teeth, and all the time they spent with me, the total cost was about 70% less than what I'd been quoted in the US. I'd recommend X Dentistry without reservation for any dental work. I couldn't be happier -- if you're thinking about going to Tijuana, this is it!

I was so nervous about the pain because it had always hurt so much whenever my bottom teeth were being worked on, but the gentleness from both Dr. Sanchez and her assistant Jahir made the trip far more than worth it. The entire office staff were very friendly and easy to work with as well. Dr. Sanchez exceeded my expectations in the work I wanted done to my teeth. I recommend this place to anyone from San Diego it was only a 40 minute drive from North County. Will be back for more visits in the future for sure !!
