I called Dr. Nguyen's office to ask them for an emergency visit and they were very nice about it. Upon my mother's arrival she was impressed with the staff. She could barely speak due to the pain she was in but they still made her feel at ease and welcome. After she saw Dr. Nguyen, my mother told me she was smitten by the doctor's knowledge and compassion to help. Dr. Nguyen explained the details of the procedure and the followups that were needed. That day Dr. Nguyen had to make some schedule changes so that my mother could get the urgent care. My mother was quite touched that Dr. Nguyen did that for her. My mother continues to see Dr. Nguyen for her follow up procedures over the last two years. Anytime she comes in for her appointments the staff was professional and courteous. They all know my mother by name. I am very grateful to Dr. Nguyen for the work that she did for my mother. My mother is more confident with her smile because of her new teeth. She was smiling ear to ear at her 50th Anniversary showing off her teeth. As the story goes my mother is now referring her siblings and their spouses to Dr. Nguyen from Texas and California. Thank you Dr. Nguyen for your compassion, professionalism and doing the right thing for your customers. Your happy clients, The LeTarmas Family

It didn't feel like they were rushing me off the phone (like most dentist offices). The receptionist is an angel i swear...the dental hygienists are very informative and listen to your concerns. Dr. Son was very understanding and helped me better understand what was going on with my teeth! Obviously i didn't go to school to read dental xrays so it's always been confusing when drs just talk about the xrays and not actually SHOW me what's going on. He understood my anxiety about surgery and was very helpful letting me know they have oral sedation to alleviate my stress. I am so glad i stumbled across this dentist bc i WILL be continuing to get my dental work here.

Considering that it was "dental cement", how was it possible for all that cement to go completely away? Because what fell out of my mouth (the porcelain crown) was completely hollow. It fell out today, on a Sunday, and the remaining tooth is very jagged. But this was such a botched job that I hesitate to even go back to him.

All of the patients loved her, but some bitter "co-workers" wanted her gone, and the boss listened to them and let her go Monday morning, after 14-15 years of dedicated, excellent service, without even so much as a reason as to why. They wouldn't even talk to her about it. She was told to grab her belongings and leave the office. 2 of the employees wanted her gone. The hygienists that she scheduled for are shocked and disenfranchised. She was by far the best person possible at her job. When others tried to step in her role, they failed miserably, and the numbers reflected it. So much so that they begged her to move back to that position, and she immediately brought the numbers to new heights. But since a couple of people had an agenda, she was let go without warning or explanation. It was later stated by one of the people that wanted her out in a morning meeting with the rest of the staff, that the "problem" is now gone. I wouldn't be surprised to see your favorite hygienists also gone in the next few weeks. If you'd like to visit an unprofessional office in action, please go get your dental needs taken care of there. They just lost the only person that cared about professionalism and true customer care.
