The oral surgeon, Dr. Armando Torres is amazing. The procedure itself was painless. My recovery hasn't been too bad either; pain for the first days. He prescribed Due to Covid appointments are very limited. I arrived 10 mins before opening and witnessed all the cleaning and disinfecting before entering. I have always been iffy about going to Tijuana to visit a Dentist. Once you enter this facility you feel save and sound. The facility itself is extremely clean. They have awesome technology! They said that instead of making an appointment for me they gave it to someone else, my only option would be to continue calling Monday thru Friday to make another appointment. Not only will I not be going here, but I am really glad I read the reviews so I would not continue wasting my time with them and their horrible service.

I made the decision to cancel my treatment 2 months in because I knew I couldn't put up with it for longer. She's also smart with business and my mom is too so there's some tricks up her sleeve she'll use to cheat you out of money. However, if you're going to see a dentist Jessica is great! She's so sweet and wonderful. Anyway I'm not saying don't go, i hope your experience is better than mine if you do make that decision; nevertheless, my "bad" review is because my experience was just very unpleasant.

I removed them during summer. He removed four of them, and gave me NO ANTIBIOTICS neither medicine for the pain (which even the nurse there asked him if he was sure) he also never said that being many years on birth control can increase chances of infection. Three days after the procedure my jaw was locked and I couldn't eat. So I made an appointment with him. When I arrived the nurse looked worried, I was already crying with pain, he just gave me antibiotics and meds for the pain. However at that time ( a week after the procedure ( since I couldn't even open my mouth I'm sure he knew I needed to go to the hospital. Which he did not. Not only this was NEGLIGENCE but this guy had the nerve to claim our insurance in the US, even though I paid him for the procedure in Mexico he found a way for our insurance to pay for him too in the United States. Please be careful, I was 15 days at the hospital, had two surgeries and it was horrible and painful, I couldn't move my jaw and the infection moved to my neck, they had to open my cheek and neck and sew tubes to them to clean the infection.
