After my dentist retired, we had a little global pandemic, and then things got busy and ... in 2026 I brought them a mouth some California dentists wouldn't touch without hundreds of dollars in X-ray and lab fees up front. Then wouldn't touch. ​ In two days of care, they replaced a complex crown, did four quadrants of deep cleaning, and filled an embarrassing number of cavities. I paid about two and a half Gs for what I was quoted elsewhere for between $6K and $10K. This is dental work under local anesthesia, so some pain from numbing is expected. They have a deal with a chain hotel in easy walking distance that has an included breakfast with soft foods and a UV water dispenser on every floor. From my initial contact on WhatsApp, to their offer to Uber me to the office, to patient intake and detailed assessment including head CTs (!), 3D modeling (!!!), photography of teeth and individual tooth x-rays, and the competence of the clinical team... I don't believe this level of dental care is available in Estados Unidos. If I have a friend who needs dental care, I will cheerfully refer them here. I was in between plans so I was fortunate to be able to travel to TJ and they value it in my tooth and it was so cracked that I couldn't just get it repaired instead they had to pull it and put it in implant. It was taken care of that day with meticulous care. I know the dentist has a very high-level of attention to detail, which I really appreciated. I am going to go back in April to have the crown completed. I was there for several hours as they did a lot of work to evaluate my tooth then pull the cracked tooth and place the implant. Let's start with some useful information. On the way out you pay for parking with for the allotted time you were there. The grocery store and other little stores are on the first floor and a lot of clinics/dentist offices are on the second floor. Once you get to the second floor, there'll be someone at the main door asking you to check in and that really just states your name and how many people are with you and what office you're going to. There is a staircase, and there is an elevator to get to the second floor. The office is small but very clean but unfortunately in Mexico, what happens sometimes is that the running water stops working and you cannot use the restroom since there is no water to flush the toilet. The two girls at the front are really nice and are really inviting. Feel free to ask them any questions you have. Dr Yasmin introduced herself and she was very lovely and she is the person who did my cleaning and my teeth whitening. She was very lovely as well and she kept asking me if I was OK and was very attentive. So what happens first is that the doctor will check you out and make sure that the items you requested can actually happen that day and then someone comes and gives you a quote and if you would like to continue, you sign the quote and then the work is started. It was my very first time doing a teeth whitening, and while she was doing it, it did not hurt at all, but I did experience some teeth sensitivity around an hour later. The teeth whitening is four sessions of 15 minutes under some sort of lamp on your teeth. It is a small quaint clean office. I would definitely go back.

I was also discovered last week that one of the pastors is going there as I ran into him at the office day when I was there. And then also I know that our main pastor at the church goes there cause he overheard me talking to someone else about going to Washington dental and he said "I go there too". Office is amazing. Their staff is very professional and caring. They have excellent equipment and amazing doctors that are all well. Educated and professional, and do great work. I highly recommend Washington dental to anyone in need of dental work. Don't be afraid because I've had friends that were afraid to go to the dentist and when I took one last week, it was everything we could do to convince her to go with us. But she walked away extremely happy with the work they had done.
