Again, the communication from this office is very poor. I got a reschedule message hours before my appointment, after already using PTO. As a patient, I am charged a fee for a late cancelation, yet this office waits until the last minute to reschedule. There is no consideration or respect for the patient's time. Communication is almost non-existent. Customer service is not a high priority. I am very disappointed with the way this practice has gone downhill. Next time you ask someone to call the office to discuss an issue, make the effort to call them back when they do call.

It was a fantastic experience from the moment I walked it. Everyone was extremely professional. One of the main reasons I hate the dentist is the judgement for not taking care of your teeth. This is a completely judgement free dentist. They do give it to you straight Tell you how to correct it, but don't make you feel bad for it. They were quick and courteous the entire time. I had a few different things I needed done including fillings, crowns and partials. His secretary, Carol, worked with me to maximize my insurance benefits over 2 years so for everything I had to pay hardly anything out of pocket. When everything was done Dr. Ryan and his staff sent me flowers. He truly appreciates his patients and wants to work with you for the best options in your budget. He has a patient for life!!
