I never thought that I would be writing a glowing review for any dental practice after having a…read moredetailed procedure, but this was truly the best dental experience I ever had...and I'm the daughter of a dentist! I just moved to the area and have been busy setting up new medical appointments. In the middle of all the chaos, I suddenly lost a large filling. While this may not be earth-shattering to many people, I have very small teeth and potentially dangerous allergies to many dental products. While my former dentists had worked around these issues with some (not glowing) success, I found my "issues" were definitely not welcome in this area. I went to a dentist recommended to me, not far from my house, and he was very nice; however, I was treated like a hot potato when he learned of my potential allergies. He couldn't get rid of me fast enough, and told me to find a holistic dentist, who could "better deal with my problems". Before I disclosed this "bombshell", I was told that, in addition to the first visit to assess the issue (about $200 out of pocket), it would additionally cost considerably more than $2,000 to do a crown. Additionally, it would cost much, much, MUCH more if I needed a root canal, which he said was likely, as he said he saw decay. The decay shocked me, as I have never had any in my life, and there was no sensitivity in the affected tooth. This $2,500++ would be cash only, due prior to the procedure. Fortunately, after some research, I was able to make an appointment with Arnica, and was understandably anxious about the procedure and its cost. The dentist, Dr. Anna Vasilev, was able to get me in quickly. I brought the X-rays and photos from the other dentist, and Dr. Vasilev said there was NO decay, that she saw no reason for a root canal, and that she could do a more modern procedure the following morning. My cost, after insurance, was likely to be about $140. I discussed my allergies, and she felt sure there wouldn't be a problem. They showed me their full cost estimate, including a longer-lasting ceramic crown, and the total was about half of what the other dentist quoted, and included the more expensive ceramic crown. Her more reasonable and modern approach was to cover the remaining tooth with an overlay (rather than drilling out the remaining tooth to a point), then fashion a ceramic crown for it right there and then. The entire procedure was comfortable and painless...and only took just over an hour...including making and applying the ceramic crown! They were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My husband couldn't believe I came out so fast! And I haven't even mentioned the Arnica office...it was beyond beautiful, spotless, quiet, and quite luxurious! The restroom by itself was a work of art...floor-to-ceiling marble walls and fixtures, an 8' polished mahogany door with gold trim, a "smart mirror"(!), and monogrammed disposable hand towels...spectacular! The same was true of the beautifully appointed and comfortable waiting area, where drinks were provided. Dr. Vasilev was kind, considerate, and carefully listened to my concerns. That, in itself, was amazing...that I could freely talk during the procedure, and not sound unintelligible from the numbing agent. I had a 9am appointment for the procedure, and was out before 10:30... and I was able to safely and comfortably eat lunch...right after having a crown! So, for me to say a dental procedure was a good experience, was unusual, to say the least. I will return to Arnica for all my routine dental visits and care, as will my husband. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who wants to banish the spectre of old-fashioned dental horrors once and for all... this place will change your mind! At 3 days old, I had my son's lip and tongue tie lasered at Enclave Dental in Southlake. I could…read moretell within a week that something still wasn't right, but Enclave Dental told me I had to wait four weeks before having the procedure redone. In the interim, I had mastitis twice and continued to experience significant pain while nursing. After waiting the suggested four weeks, I tried to make an appointment to redo the procedure at Enclave Dental, but there were no appointments for weeks and they were unable/unwilling to fit me in sooner. Desperate for relief, I called around the entire DFW area looking for someone who could fit me in sooner. Loveable Smiles was not only able to schedule the procedure for the same day I called, but they were significantly less expensive than anywhere else I called. As a point of reference, I paid $677 upfront for the tongue and lip laser at Enclave Dental and Loveable Smiles' price was only $375. Some of the other quotes I received were over $1000. Dr. Korenman did a fabulous job and the second revision was what ultimately fixed my nursing problems for good. It was clear from the first time I nursed the baby after the procedure that he had increased mobility with his tongue and his lip, but I can't say it was an immediate fix for the pain - it took about a week for the baby to relearn how to nurse and it took about 2 weeks after that for my nipples to fully heal. I'm just sharing that in case anyone else is doubting whether the revision actually improved anything for them. When you have severe damage going on, it can take a good bit for the wounds to heal. Ouch! Dr. Korenman and his office excelled at the follow up - they called the evening of the procedure to see how the baby was doing, saw us in office for a follow up visit, and then sent a thank you card a month or so later to let us know they appreciated our business. This was my 6th baby and because each one has arrived with a tongue and lip tie, Loveable Smiles was the 6th dentist I'd been to for this procedure. One downside, in comparison to the other dentists, is that the responsibility for filing the insurance claim fully rests on the patient. I've seen it done a few ways - some dentists will fully file for you and you only owe the coinsurance balance in office. Some dentists make you pay the full amount upfront, but file the insurance claim for you and reimburse you when the claim is approved. Enclave Dental in Southlake does not file the claim for you, but provides you with the completed ADA form and all required documents to be reimbursed by your insurance company. Loveable Smiles has you pay the full amount upfront and only provides the documents needed for the claim upon request. Because of this, and because health insurance companies are basically crooked and do their best to deny deny deny claims until you give up, it took multiple attempts for me to get the claim approved. In the end, persistence paid off and my insurance did reimburse me $300 of the $375 I paid. The insurance hassle aside, Loveable Smiles is my absolute favorite of the 6 dentists I've seen for infant tongue/lip tie laser. The office staff is so friendly and Dr. Korenman really seems to care. I wish we lived closer so I could use them as our regular family dentist! If you are experiencing problems breastfeeding and considering the tongue and/or lip tie laser, look no further. For the affordable cost and the outstanding service, Loveable Smiles is the place to go.

She got the dentist; after basically telling me it all needs to be renewed; the hygienist was going to put my crown back on with cement. Dentist told her to clean out old cement before trying to put back in. She didn't; and eventually had to get dentist again. Again, told her to clean out old cement. Okay; she tried to do this (drilled for a while; still didn't fit) but by this time (1.45 minutes) I needed to leave and I couldn't wait . Dentist seemed knowledgeable but that assistant did not seem to know how to do this; made me very nervous. Front office was nice but said I'd get treatment plan yesterday and I'm still waiting today. Really wish they would have just said " I will not have this done till x date vs saying yesterday and then didn't do it. I've called and sent email and still waiting. I just want people to keep their word; that's all - real simple. Keep your commitment to your customers.

This office cleaned out my flex account last year, but problems persist. They're saying I may need to come out of pocket another 2 grand due to more gum problems (which I thought were corrected my previous visit which cost over a thousand dollars). Also, just when you think you've paid your entire bill after cleaning out my flex, these mystery charges seem to spring out of nowhere and because I got billed the next calendar year, my FSA will not accept the payment. It started out as a friendly relationship but now, they seem to approach healthcare like used car salesmen. I have already switched dentists.

With my anxiety at an 11, I would say that I was quite impressed. They were able to make a same day appointment and had very friendly reception. After new patient paperwork, they saw me quickly, and gave me a few options. Most importantly, they didn't pressure me to do anything today. I was able to go to my normal dentist on Tuesday. If I have another emergency OR if I worked non-bank hours, I would surely use them again. They do act as an everyday dentist. Though pricey, the cost for the consultation fee ($100) was well worth the confidence that my mouth wasn't going to die in the following four days. I think it goes to service if you do get some work done.

On multiple occasions they been so flexible and have worked to squeeze me in. My last visit with them was a few months ago, and I wanted to get some deep cleaning done before my brother's wedding. They worked around my schedule on short notice to find what would work for me, which I was honestly amazed by. Both front desk people are awesome, Dr. Sokransky is very informative and exceptionally skilled - what I appreciate the most is that he doesnt try to sell you any procedure that you dont need. I asked him for more work and he could have easily said yes (and did it like my previous dentists did) but he suggested I don't do as the cosmetic work I inquired about would ultimately be harmful and require more costly repairs/upkeep down the road. He said my teeth are healthy and fine so why mess that up! I've been to dentists that jumped at doing these types of cosmetic procedures (usually their suggestion) since they break down over time but never did they mention that it damages your teeth in the process. Dr. Jung saved my tooth instead of just give me an implant…read more My previous dentist did a bad job on my crown and it caused the loss of my jaw bone. Dr. Jung removed the crown, did a bone graft, and put a new crown back. Thus I could keep my own tooth instead of having it removed and doing an implant. Not only it is better but it is also cheaper. I would highly recommend Dr. Jung to anyone who needs professional oral care.
