My experience with Burlington Dental Bright was outstanding! From the very start with my consultation to the finish of my straight beautiful smile. Dr Ashira Gendelman is an excellent orthodontist! She gave me personal, attentive care and always explained the process for each visit ahead of time and during the appointment as well. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my experience and made sure my teeth and smile perfect. Susan Johnson read more

Avoid this place at all costs. Lipstick on a pig. They have "specialty doctors" who actually are not and lie to patients about being in-network to collect max fees. They also like to upsell needing extra xrays and CT scans etc when it's not needed to perform the work. We were told their "oral surgeon" was in-network. Did the consult and the copay was going to be approx. $2400. WITH INSURANCE, which then left us cleared out through the end of the year also. These practices are common place in the dental industry. I spent years in it. Had I not, I would have never known and just paid the exhorbitant prices. I feel sorry for others they take advantage of this way due to be sneaky. read more

Our 3-year experience with Dental Bright in Burlington can be boiled down to 6 words: THEIR BILLS ARE TRAPS FOR OVERPAYING ! They requested customers to pay for the estimates before they leave. However they usually overcharged you than insurance/EOB . Their billing summaries were such a big mess, confusing, hard to understand and frequently had errors. We were always told that we owned a balance. But, it turned out to be wrong each time after we spent hours on the phone to dig in. Unfortunately, they didn't learn from their mistakes and didn't improve. They didn't feel anything wrong and sorry. We paid for a service last November. In March, they said that we still owned the money. We had to dig in to find the payment proof and sent them. Today, 4 months later, they called again to tell me we didn't pay for the November's service. They insisted either I pay or provide a proof, very rude ... If you have to use Dental Bright in Burlington, you would rather stay on top of your billing staff. Otherwise, it is not a surprise at all that you have been overpaying without knowing it. read more

The staff is very nice and professional. They were gentle with sons teeth and explained everything clearly.

My Horrible Invisalign Experience -- A Warning for Others I want to share my awful experience with Invisalign to help others avoid what I'm going through -- because no one warned me, and I wish they had. It all started during a routine dental checkup when I was told I needed treatment. However, because my teeth weren't properly aligned, I was advised to start orthodontic treatment first -- specifically Invisalign. This made sense, and I was also unhappy with the alignment of my teeth, so I agreed. After a consultation, I paid the full cost of the treatment and was told that my aligners would arrive in 4-8 weeks. That sounded reasonable at the time. But after waiting 8 weeks with no update, I called the office to follow up. They said someone would call me back. No one did. I called again, left a message, and again -- no response. Today, I called one more time and was finally told I would need to wait another 3-4 weeks, possibly longer. When I asked why, they couldn't give a proper explanation. There's no clear timeline, no accountability, and I'm left feeling completely abandoned after trusting them with my care. What's worse is that had I known about this extreme delay upfront, I would have looked into other providers -- maybe even found a cheaper and more reliable option. But I put my trust (and money) in their hands, expecting to start treatment quickly, and now I have no idea when or if it will actually begin. It could take months or even a year, and I'm just stuck waiting. Please be cautious before committing to a provider for Invisalign. Ask about timelines, guarantees, and responsiveness -- and don't be afraid to shop around. I hope this helps someone else avoid what I'm going through read more

Finding an honest dentist is difficult to do and being military I have to find a new dentist every 3 years. It's always a scary experience. I am so glad I found Dental Bright in Burlington. I always feel relaxed when I walk in their door. The dentist is top notch and extremely friendly. I seem to always find duds before I find gems, but I got lucky right off the bat this time. I recommend them. read more

I hadn't been to the dentist in 10 years. 10 years! Not because I'm a gross human being or anything but moreso just lazy when it comes to my own stuff. Anyways, a friend of mine mentioned Dental Bright, so I figured it was about time I had my teeth looked at. At my first visit I was greeted by an extremely pleasant individual named Yasmin who manned the welcome desk. She was both courteous and professional . Then there's Carla. Oh Carla Carla Carla. From someone who skipped dental cleanings for 10 years, i never thought Id be the kind of guy who got excited for them. That's all due to Carla. Friendly, personable, professional, relatable and real. Her passion for dental care is evident and she highlights the importance of self care without making you feel like a complete life failure (oh you were serious when you said you wanted me to floss every day??). Today I told Carla and Yasmin that I am moving with my family to NY. Although I only visit DB for my now regular appointments, I can honestly say I will miss the consistent experience had every time I walked in the door. The NY dental scene has a lot to live up to! Thank you to the DB Burlington team for the experience and for employing not only great professionals but outstanding humans. read more

I came here because two of my good friends recommend it after getting a cleaning done. I got a deep cleaning and it was a very nice experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and gentle. They played nice music that comforted me during the cleaning. The atmosphere is very sleek, clean, and modern. The cleaning itself was about 45 minutes but surprisingly went by fast. My hygienist let me wear my headphones and kindly worked around me. I had to come back a month later for a deep cleaning because I suck at flossing and only go to the dentist every 3 or 4 years. I broke the deep cleaning up in two session of an hour each and did each half on my mouth a week apart because I couldn't handle keeping my mouth open that long. I really appreciate how accommodating the staff was on scheduling and understanding my concerns. My hygienist was very professional, kind, and efficient. She noticed I had a jacket on and even gave me a warm fuzzy blanket to use while she did my cleaning. My teeth look and feel amazing. They also have very competitive pricing as compared to other dental practices in the Winchester, woburn, Burlington, Medford area. 5 stars for quality, service, and price. I will be going back for my wisdom teeth because I've finally found a dental place after 28 years that I actually enjoy and don't dread going to. read more

I have had many Dental surgery procedures such as Cleanings, Restorations, Tooth extractions, Implants and Crowns, etc.. by the team of Dr. Jahnsen, Dr. Gonzales and Dr. Agolli. The staff is very competent and superb! World-class Dentistry. And the office staff, Lily and Yasmin are very professional and helpful too. I would recommend Dental Bright to anyone! read more

I had a very negative experience here. As another reviewer posted, the staff is friendly, but $$$ focused. I truly believed they ask you for your job on the new customer form to determine how many unnecessary cavities they will fill. In addition, after my cleaning and repeat visit to fill a cavities, my teeth have never felt worse/more sensitive and I believe they've caused permanent damage. read more

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. I paid off my balance for my Invisalign and they charged me an extra $250! How do you accidentally charge someone almost $300?! Now they are saying it can take up to two weeks to refund my money and offered me an electric toothbrush for my "inconvenience". How am I going to pay bills if I have almost $300 missing from my account? Completely unprofessional and I will definitely not be using their services after I am done with my Invisalign treatment if they are so careless with customer credit card information. read more

Modern dental office with great service. Dr Agoli and Gonzalez have always been professional and the hygienists were gentle during cleanings. read more

This clinic is very bad. Staff is friendly, but all money oriented than service. The machinery used is not customer friendly and they don't provide itemized bill for services and you will end up paying more than you should be per your insurance which is a major concern to me. This clinic doesn't also provide any report attested by the doctor post check up. Also observed that they filter out not so positive reviews from their associated websites. Hence using yelp to share my experience. read more

Don't go there, i got a crown installed there, they mess up the porcelain. I have a black metal spot in my teeth. I went back to fix my other teeth. After 5 days of pain my teeth became sensitive again. Don't go there read more

I would give this practice a zero if I could this place is joke most of my crown's were denied because the receptionist Yasmine did not know how to submit a claim with a narrative so they appealed it got denied (Good News is I went to another Dentist in Medford WONDERFUL ALL MY CROWN'S ARE APPROVED!!!!!! now for Dr. Gonzalez his ego is much bigger than his talent he told me that he would place 2 implants that I needed (I was approved for the implants) then when I was denied for the crown's he told me that he would have to charge me a small fee for the implants my insurance paid 100% again the receptionist did not submit in correctly I went to another periodontist in Newton and got approved. also he never looked in my mouth he gave me the impression that he was better then me big mistake I took my business elsewhere and other dentist have made a lot of money and they were nice!!!!, what I am most pissed about it delayed me about 2 months live and learn read more

No longer resistant to go to the dentist. The people working here - reception, hygienist, dentist - were completely stellar. I have never in my life felt more relaxed, comfortable, and non-judged at the dentists' than I have here. I haven't been to the dentist in four year because "no one likes the dentist", but I decided it was time to grow up. I am SO happy I went here because I had a wonderful experience. The hygienist went through all the usual steps, explained to me what she was doing, showed me places where I could improve my dental care routine, and was the most gentle, professional, good-natured person. And then the Dentist was super kind, had a good sense of humor, and when she told me I had two cavities, I didn't feel like the worst person ever. She just said, let's get those taken care of. No blaming or berating or lectures about floss, just a dental goodie bag and a "come back next week." 10/10, will be going to the dentist annually now. read more

Definitely a great first experience for a guy who hadn't visited a Dentist in a couple of years. The office is very nice, organized, and serene. From the Receptionist, to the Dental Assistant, and Dr. Kelly, each person I met was super friendly and inviting. I will certainly return here! read more
