Wonderful experience each and every time. Totally miss my hygienist and dentist for my regular check ups and such.

Dr. Phil is da man. Very understanding and listens to you and gives…read more good advise . If you have problems with paying or something like that don't take it out on them . It's not there fault they just work there . It is no reason to loose your head .

Started with Aspen Dental doing a credit check, which was supposed to be a soft pull...It was not,…read moreit was a hard pull that drove my credit score down. They purmt my payment on a City Bank Syncrony card with a very high interest rate. The entire amount was put on a card with a 20+ percent interest charge. I transfered that total to a card with a much lower rate. My upper dentures were being modified to accommodate my mouth structure. The pallet had to be continually recovered to prevent gag-reflux. Finally got to the point when a tech there told me that an upper denture would never work properly. I demamanded an review with the Dr. and the office manager. They decided to reimburse me a percentage of my cost, which was, again, paid in full. I since went elsewhere and now have teeth that work perfectly well, but I still have a monthly payment of thousands left that I still have to pay for the work Aspen Dental couldn't complete. I get upset every month when I make that payment, and equally upset that it was a tech, not the dentist that finally told me that my procedure would never work properly. Please take heed if you need dentures or partials. Let Aspen Dental be your LAST desperate resort. M.Morningstar

Long time customer I…read morewas referred to Smiles by Arnold in Valparaiso by a family member a few years ago when I had some issues with dental work I had done as a teenager. (Aka - maany years ago!) They did some very complex cleaning and work to correct said issues and that service (and they way they handled it) locked me in as a customer for life. I now go every 6 months as recommended - and find their staff, hygienists and dentists extremely professional as well as efficient. They are also very warm and friendly whenever I have questions or concerns, Any billing or scheduling issue we have had has been cleared up quickly. My only complaint? I wish they had more flexibility to their hours for those of us who don't work nearby and have 9 to 5 type hours. (perhaps offer one weekend/one night time a week?) But the service they provide outweighs that being a negative for me.

Natalie (the hygienist) was fantastic. She really knows her craft. However, I'm very disappointed…read morein the care given to my teeth by Dr. Alexandra Sales. She did a good job on my incisors but work done on my molars left pockets in between the teeth that traps food, and my molar crowns look like the tops of a rooks from a chess set. I came back twice to ask her to repair them while she was working on other teeth, but little was accomplished AND I was charged for it. A year, year and a half later, and I still am dealing with this problem.
