I overheard them speaking loudly and condescendingly about a woman and her husband and they speak openly about how they wish Dr. Kostides' patients would leave. The new dentist was not very friendly and I had to rely on the hygienist to answer my questions. I never dreaded going to the dentist and enjoyed Dr. Kostides' staff. The Front staff for A and A Dental is ridiculously rude. I wasted two days with A and A Dental…read morethanks to her ineptness. Day 1 I waited an hour only to be told that she could not reach my dental plan...literally blue cross blue shield that has you on hold for maybe 5 minutes...then Ms. Rude states that she will have it ready and rescheduled me. While rescheduling she sates that you can have the procedure done when you come back. On my second visit I still wait 30 minutes, finally get to meet the dentist, who was super nice, only to get back with Ms. Rude that insists that she has to MAIL (yes MAIL) the X-rays and quote to BCBS and I can't reschedule an appointment until they get that back. So either way, I was lied to, they are in the Stone Age for billing from other practices or she's incompetent. Im just angry I wasted another work day to come be screwed over. Long story short..I left and I feel that morally I should warn people to avoid this place. They don't respect your time and apparently encourages the front desk/billing clerk to treat patients with contempt.
