When my car broke down and I was stuck on the side of the road, he still went beyond his mechanic duties to check on me and offered me a ride home free of charge with the help of his colleague Mr Dustin. Mr Derek does not upsell and does not give BS; he is transparent and candid about the diagnosis process, the repairs, and the quotes. He offered to run simple tests on batteries and inspections of the car for me for free. He also responds quickly to requests, questions via Yelp and phone. My alternator of the car was bad and Mr Derek gave me two options: remanufactured and OEM. He clearly explained what the pros and cons of each one and respected my decision. The issue was fixed within 2 days. The value is reasonable. And Mr Derek takes really good care of his customers. I highly highly recommend him.

I couldn't access my setting or any other features, due to manufacturers safety. I had ordered a bypass module to get around that. They said they didn't know what else to do. "I don't normally work on that brand of stereo" was his excuse, and told me to figure it out myself. He also said that I ordered the wrong product. I ordered specifically for my vehicle and stereo. Not impressed. Their service" was almost more than what I bought my stereo for. I went to these "professionals" to get the job done fast and right the first time.
