If you're looking for your hometown, good ole' boys dent repair shop, please, don't bother looking…read moreelsewhere. This is it! Alex and his team are the kindest people and from day 1 I knew they were going to take good care of me and my car. The team (2 brothers) have been doing this for years and are experts. They even took the time to explain the PDR process and show me their examples. My initial quote was higher (not significantly) compared to others I got, but it is HONEST. Other companies will quote you less so you choose their shop and then charge you (not insurance) on the backend because it actually costs more than the quote. Do not let their quote scare you away!! It is incredibly reasonable and will save you money in the end. When it came time for the insurance adjuster to view the damage, he wanted to facetime me to inspect my car. I told Alex this and he thought it was unusual, so he asked if I could come to the shop during the scheduled time so that he could talk the adjuster through the quote versus me. I thought it was so kind for him to care that much and invite me in on his clock. Unfortunately, even after Alex gave the adjuster an incredibly in-depth report on the damage, my insurance came back with a claim price lower than the quote. I told Alex this and he told me he would handle it - I didn't have to do a thing on my end. Getting a rental car was a little unfeasible for me due to added fees. so Alex arranged for my car to be done while I was away one weekend. They even went so far as to take me to work the morning I dropped my car off. When I got back, I told them if possible I really needed my car for an errand and to my surprise and pleasure, the team had it done early. When I came to pick it up, the outside and inside of my car were spotless! (yes, they vacuumed and cleaned the whole inside of my car!) I was blown away. Companies nowadays don't go out of their way to show their customers just how much their business means to them. Wichita Dent Company is everything businesses should be and more. They go the extra mile and aren't afraid of a little hard work. I promise you won't regret choosing them.

Alex helped walk me through the insurance process so I could know what to expect, and had the damage fixed in a weekend. With the deductible assistance, I ended up paying nothing! I was headed out of town and concerned about the stability. They took it into the shop, made sure it was placed where I could see and taped it all up and in place so I could actually have some use of the mirror. After getting back, they got it right in, worked with USAA to get them to provide additional funds for the correct mirror, and were in communication with me to make sure I was filled in on the process. They got an after-market unit and helped me keep my costs down while providing a repair that looks brand-new. Even comes with a lifetime guarantee! I'm VERY happy.

They said they would need the car for 3 days so the loaner was an additional charge. They intended to bill insurance for $840.06. Ultimately I took car to Dent Biz where they repaired the small ding for $100. There was no paint damage; Dent Biz simply rubbed off the paint from the vehicle door that had struck the fender. The repair for $100 was flawless. I consider the Professional Body Works estimate to be nothing short of Insurance Fraud. No wonder Auto insurance is so expensive!

Services sought. Oil change, turned into tire rotated in an alignment and changing of the in cabin,…read moreair filter and the engine air filter. I have been using this Midas location for close to a year under the management of Rachel. And it was the kind of service that I got from Rachel that led me back to this location. However, due to life changes, Rachel is no longer working at this Midas location and it was under new management. I will start off by saying that I really did appreciate all Rachel did and it's even more relevant now comparing the new management to her management. I was in need of an oil change, which I had done at this location before. I also knew that they would be giving me a report of an inspection which, according to Midas is part of their service. Shortly after dropping my vehicle off, I got a call from the Midas office, giving me the report of the inspection. In that phone conversation I was informed that my tires would need rotated and that they were out of alignment. Which is odd because a few months prior to that at my last oil change, I had them rotated and no mention Of out of alignment or out balance. They also mentioned that my air filter and in cabin filter needed to be changed, which I knew that was coming. That was no surprise. At the conclusion of the appointment I asked for my inspection report that under Rachel's leadership was usually sent to me. A link was sent to me by text and I could see pictures and observations made by the technician. A feature that's very valuable to me because it lets me know what I need to take care of on the next visit or what's upcoming and things of that nature. It creates if you will a paper trail. On checkout, I asked for that link. The manager looked and said there wasn't one he spoke with a technician he said oh yeah I forgot to send it out. On his device he appeared to touch something on his phone & said there it went. So I expected to see it within the next hour or so. This was on a Saturday. Monday came still no report. I called on Monday and then following work week and asked to speak to the manager, I was informed that he was off that day. I explained to the man on the phone about my inspection report. He said he would go online and said there Wasn't any information. So I asked for him to leave a message for the manager to give me a call the next business day At his convenience. Tuesday came and went as well as Wednesday. At the conclusion of my workday I called. I explained to him my situation. He also reiterated that it had been deleted, which I find odd. He blamed it on Computer snafu. The Point I'm making is integrity. Regardless of how it happened and what happened you have to take ownership of these items and ensure that you call somebody back when asked to and explain clearly as possible what and why something didn't happen when you say you are gonna to do it It is extremely relevant. There are results and proof of such. The problem is, I have no idea of knowing whether that inspection was done or not. I have no idea whether my wheels were out of alignment and needed Balance. I have no documentation of that either All I got is their word. I believe that Location lacks a Sincere amount of integrity. In a business that has a history of fleecing their customers I would Expect that you would go above and beyond and or do a better job standing apart from others if in fact, you are on the up and up
