I was a little skeptical when I called Keith, but I was surprised at how courteous he was and he even wanted to talk about my race car. It took less than an hour and when I came out the dent was totally gone. Before he started he had said on a scale of 1 to 10 it was a 9. If you are looking for a real metal master then Keith is your guy, kind, courteous, fast, and honest. I couldn't be more pleased and if I need this type of repair again he will be the first person I call. read more

After feeling like a target for dings I decided to finally have them repaired. I checked out the reviews for Keith and decided to use his services. I am SO happy I did and couldn't be happier with the results. Keith came to my home for a quote and repair and I found his pricing to be reasonable. He was very professional, personable and trustworthy and even found an extra ding in the process which he repaired without charge. I would refer him to anyone looking for a repair and he will definitely be my go to person for any future mishaps. read more

My wife purchased her Mercedes about 4 years ago the next day a friend put a dent in the door. The dealer recommend Keith. He was able to remove it without a trace. The other day a pine cone fell on her trunk lid leaving three dents. She insisted that we call Kieth. She drove from Santa Cruz to meet him in Los Gatos. The trunk looks perfect and it cost less then his estimate. it is nice to see honesty and integrity. Thank You Keith read more

My husband is ill and repairing my dent was not a priority. I had a fender bender last April and this week finally I was in a place to deal with it. Keith came to my house and worked on the dent until the car looked pristine. It was more work than he anticipated, but even so he did not charge me more than he quoted. I thought this was unfair and insisted on tipping him--and I had to be very insistent for him to accept the money. He was prompt, thorough and gave me good advice about servicing the car in the future. I would call him first. read more

What can I say - not a single complaint. Keith was reliable and honest and he did terrific work. I always prefer to do business with the local, small business over a chain and I'm glad I did. Highly recommended. read more

I brought my 2011 Black Tundra to dent solution because of a door ding in the fender. I was worried it wouldn't come out and the truck was brand new and did I mention black. Shows every dent. Keith was able to pull the dent out and also another one that I hadn't seen until he pointed it out. The whole process took about 20 minutes. Not only was the service good but the conversation was excellent. Very easy to get along with and has some good story's to pass the time if you have to wait for your car. Thanks Keith! read more

Yelp comes through once again! Obviously I found Kieth ( Dent Solutions) on Yelp and based on his reviews I called him to look at a pretty significant door ding on the right rear door of my '08 Nissan Altima. The damage was about 4.5 inches in diameter and right on a body line so I knew it could be difficult to repair. Since I work in Hayward and live in San Jose, logistics were definitely an issue. After calling Kieth he suggested that I meet him in Sunnyvale at a dealership where he does a lot of work. This worked out great since it was not too far out of the way on my way home. After arriving at the dealership, Kieth took a look at the damage and confirmed my fear that it would be a challenge to repair. He told me upfront that it was possible but it may not come out perfect. I told him anything was better than the present condition and to do his best. So Kieth went to work. This guy is like the "Dent Whisperer", he definitely has some mad skills. After about maybe an hour he was done and I can't tell there was even smudge there. The dent just evaporated, it was like magic. If that's not perfection I don't know what is. He could have finished sooner but he's such a cool guy we spent some time just talking and playing with his dog. He has a great dog that he brings with him some days. So I like dogs, what can I say. If you're looking for a professional dent repair specialist, look no further. Kieth is the man! read more

Just bought a BMW 128i convertible a few weeks ago and already received a door ding on the passenger side door. Called Keith and just wanted to get a quote and maybe an appointment. He was great, I explained the problem and I was able to meet up with him that day a few hours later. The job took about fifteen minutes and the door was back in showroom condition. Keith was very personable and has excellent customer service skills. Great all around experience. Keith is definitely the master. read more

Just had Dent Solutions come out to my house today and take out five small dents in my Dodge 1500. Man the owner Keith is a really honest great guy. He is polite, on time, and most of all does a great job. I have had him come out to my house on four separate occasions to do multiple cars each time. Every time he comes I am amazed at how well and quick he does his job. He especially did a great job on my mom's Escalade. Of course it's black and shows every scratch and ding, but this time there was a foot long crease in the front fender right above the tire on the passenger side. He worked a while on it and gave me a good price. It was amazing at how much time and effect he put into the car, which definitely showed afterward in the results. He genuinely cares about his work and his customers which is hard to find these days. Have recommended him to family members and friends, and will continue to use and recommend him for a long time. Dents big or small this is the guy you need to cal if you want to be 110% satisfied and have a qualified dent doctor work on your car. Thanks again Keith! read more

Keith and his employee Dominique of Dent Solutions worked on three of my cars today. They did a fantastic job. Here is what I really liked about them. First, they showed up on time. Second, the estimate for the work was very explicit and there were no hidden charges. Keith measured each dent and used a specific formula to estimate the cost of removal. He also gave me a multi-car discount. Third, they are really great at what they do. They were here for about 1.5 hours and presto, all of my dents were gone! I would definitely recommend Dent Solutions because of their attention to detail and business ethics. read more

Keith is the man! Quality work at far-less cost than a body shop. He's worked on 3 of my vehicles and it blew my mind how good his work is.

I have looked at the two dents in my midnight blue car for almost four years...why did I not call Keith sooner is a complete mess up on my part. Magic, pure magic. In total he removed four dents in less than an hour and 30 minutes in my driveway. Professional, knowledgeable, reliable and highly recommendable. Could not be happier with the service!!! read more

I am very picky about my car and where I park it even if I have to walk half a mile to get inside the store. I have had several dents on my newer car and I needed them gone. I looked around everywhere and made a bunch of calls to different PDR companies and didn't have any luck UNTIL I CALLED KIETH. I made an appointment w/Kieth and that was that. I won't call anybody else to take care of my car and it's dents because honestly it's like they never even happened! I highly recommend Kieth and his company to anyone who wants their dents to dissappear and for a great price! read more

Keith is awesome we had a pretty nasty dent on side of our car and was in process of having it bought back because of lemon law although they wanted us to fix any body damage to get full buyback otherwise they would charge us for it at whatever cost they wanted. Anyways the dent was really bad and I honestly didn't think he could do much with it. When he quoted he didn't give us any unrealistic expectations told me what he could do. We took a chance and i was absolutely amazed it was perfect they bought it back no problem. Oh and best part of Keith is my wife asked about a scratch and small dent on side and he took care of that and didn't even charge us for that just a nice gesture he said it's because he seen we are a young family and wanted to help. Very personable and honest guy. read more

I had Keith fixed a few dents on my car hood. I was skeptical at first, but after talking to him, you know he's going to do a great job. He assures me that it will look good when it's finished. He explained to me how he is going to fix them and how came about the price, which is very reasonable. After he came back to fix the dents the next day, the hood looked fantastic. Wow! I couldn't believe my eyes and I couldn't find where the dents used to be. He was able to buffer out the scratches and the area looked like it never had any dents. I showed it to my co-workers and they were amazed. Now I am not concerned about my cars getting dents because I know who to call. I highly recommend Dent Solutions to anyone. Keith is also a great guy to talk to. He even shared a few tips how to avoid getting these dents. read more

After three calls to another local dent removal operator and no call back, I called Dent Solutions. Keith answered the phone and I got an appointment immediately. Good Job Keith. read more

I purchased a brand new car and within a few days someone had put a ding in my car door. I did some research and found Dent Solutions which was also nearby! I couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend Dent Solutions! read more

Amazing job on my dent. No sign now that it ever existed. Keith was friendly and highly skilled. Use this guy!

If I could give a 10 star rating I wouldn't hesitate because Keith really does an amazing job. I was a bit skeptic at first at calling a dent removal specialist, but Keith put my mind at ease and was able to explain in detail the process he uses to remove the dents and makes you feel at ease when handling your vehicle. Extremely affordable pricing! I ended up paying him more that I was quoted as he did a fantastic job. He's very professional and knows what he's doing. I would highly recommend Dent Solutions for all your automotive paint-less dent removal needs. read more

Keith is the man! I had a crease dent in the middle of my door with some descent paint scuffing and damage. Keith came out and in no time everything was completely gone. He not only pulled a difficult and long dent, but he got all the pain scuffing out and i would have never known it was there. I was quoted over $1000 by a body shop to do the same job but keith did it for about a quarter of that cost. Amazing skill and work. I would trust him to work on any vehicle with any type of dent. read more

I put off for a very long time an annoying ding in my car. My friend recommended me to Keith and I wasn't dissapointed. My schedule is insane, and he arranged a time when he's normally off and reserved for his family to accomodate me. He worked fast but was very thorough, he was very friendly and definitely someone who I would trust to do work at my house. read more

Keith is super friendly and very honest from my experience. I contacted him for mobile repair in Ben Lomond, quite a distance from Hollister but he happily hopped in his car to drive the 1.5 hours. Unfortunately, as soon as he saw the dent, he stated that it couldn't be PDR'd because it was too "stretched" and "deep". It was also in a terrible location at the front edge of the Driver's door so I asked if he could do the actual bodywork. He stated that he only does PDR so I asked for a recommendation, which he gladly provided. I then asked how much for the "evaluation" since he drove all that way. Believe it or not, he refused to charge me a penny because he said that he should've asked for pix but didn't and that was his fault. WOW! I didn't know there were still business owners with that kind of integrity out there but Keith is one of the last few honest "good guys" IMHO. If you need PDR, call him first because he seems to be a trustworthy individual and honestly nice guy...thank you Keith. Godspeed with your business and may you continue to be prosperous... read more

I had two cars that had multiple dents. Keith's prices are on the web and he confirmed them by email. A couple others I tried either did not respond or wanted more pictures taken. I decided to go with Keith based on the reviews and his responsiveness, as I had a narrow window in which to get the work done. We then ran into some scheduling difficulties, which almost made me look elsewhere. Turns out Keith was on vacation but still trying to be responsive, and then had too much on his plate when he got back (which happens to us all after vacation). Nevertheless, he showed up at the end of the day we had scheduled and got the work done, and you can't tell there were any dents, including in some aluminum panels that are apparently much harder to fix. Despite the scheduling snafus, that is five star performance in my book. read more

Wouldn't you know that as soon as we got a new car, I scraped the side of it going into our garage?! And to make it worse, it's my husbands car, he's out of town, but coming home Sunday...and it's late Friday night. I ran to my computer, looked up Yelp and then I found Keith. He went out of his way to fit me in on a Saturday and we even exchanged photos of the scrape and dent that night to for him to give me peace of mind that we could fix it before my hubby got home. It took him about 15 minutes to remove the scrapes and you can hardly even see the dent. What a great guy! I absolutely recommend him...and since he has everything he needs in his truck, he can come to you! read more

I had a dent on the front fender along the curved line, somewhat tricky spot. Keith worked on it about an hour or so, and asked me to check it out to see if I'm satisfied. His easy going and professional manner is obviously a characteristic to be appreciated as well. Highly recommend him/the firm. read more

If you folks are reading this, I can honestly tell you that Keith is a very skilled professional. Very personable and friendly technician of his trade. To cut a long story short, My fiancee and I emailed him the day right after our vehicle was vandalized with a major dent on the hood of our car (due to someone throwing something at it) and sure enough I found (Dent Solutions) and a man named Keith was highly talked about through the previous Yelp reviews above. I decided to give it a shot and sent him an email with my contact information. Sure enough, he was very quick to respond to my emails. He gave very simple and easy to follow instructions over the phone and he helps you understand the type of damage your vehicle sustained (whether it be dings or dents). He is very honest and genuine with the type of answers he will give you. I highly recommend his services because he loves what he does and he makes sure you leave a satisfied customer. Thanks again for all your help Keith, keep up the great work and friendly customer service! I will recommend this to all family and friends who want ding and dent removals from their vehicles! read more

My car had about 10 dings in it on the doors and fenders, some going in some going out, and one 6" dent on the roof/C Pillar area from a "roof rack incident". I've never worked with a paintless dent removal service before and was a little skeptical. Another paintless dent removal business offered to remove all dents for a flat rate pf $350, but said they would need to drill a 1/4" hole in my door jamb to get the big dent out. I called dent solutions to get a second opinion and am glad I did. He removed all my dents in just a few hours, including a few in my aluminum fender I assumed wasn't worth him looking at/trying. The car looks like it's never had any dings ever now, and for a very reasonable cost. It cost a little bit more than the flat-rate, unibody-chassis drilling business quoted me, but well worth it not to have any holes anywhere. He was nice, professional, and did great work. If I get more dings in the future, I won't freak out, just call Dent Solutions. I highly recommend them! read more

I had my car for about 6 months before I got my first door ding on my passenger side--no parking at the gym after work and I squeezed into a spot with a giant work truck next to me--I should have known better. My brother had used Keith on a previous car of his and recommended his work. I sent a quote through Yelp and Keith got back to me that day, and we hopped on the phone to coordinate a time where he would be in the area where I work--it was 4 days out from when I called, which was perfect for me. Another door ding had surfaced by the appointment date, and Keith took care of them both without issue--one was about 2 inches and the other 1 inch, and it took less than an hour. He did the work outside in the parking lot of my office building while I worked, and there are no traces of the dings at all. Highly recommended, very fair pricing, and Keith is a super friendly guy to work with. Highly recommended. read more

If you are looking to repair a dent perfectly; look no further, Keith is your wizard. I had two very deep dents; not door dings, real large dents on the hood of my car after large road debris hit the hood. I called up a number of paint-less dent repair shops and sent pictures and all basically refused to work on the car and referred me to body shops. I got quotation from a couple of body shops to repair and paint the hood for close to $1,000, 3-4 days job (add rental car expenses on top of $1,000), with no guarantee that the paint would completely match but it would blend in. I found Keith on the web, checked out his reviews and called him up. He did not refuse taking the job. Instead, gave me a date, promptly sent reminders the day before, and showed up at my work place (on time) to inspect and see if it was feasible to do it. The difficulty with the hood is that there is structural reinforcement frame under the hood for collision safety; buckle zones. But that did not dissuade him from evaluating the job and see if it can be done. After examining the dents carefully (measuring them in size and depth) and looking at the hood, he took the job and told me it would take a couple of hours to do the job properly. Honestly, I was not sure what to expect but given his careful manners of doing things; I trusted his assessment and left the car with him to be repaired (what would I lose, if it did not work out, I would take the car to a body shop anyways!) Well, he promptly called me in about 1:45min to come and take a look. I simply could not believe how well the job was done. Frankly, I had settled for something like 90-95% correction to the dents given the difficulty of doing it on the hood. But, I tell you the hood came out perfectly. Keith is such a perfectionist and you could tell from the way he evaluated the dents, how prepared he was for the job, and how neatly he went about doing what he did. I cannot be happier. Dents gone, no repainting, matching the paint, rentals, etc. and job done at a fraction of the cost. In addition, Keith was so polite and courteous. The whole experience was truly excellent. I would definitely go back to him if running into similar issues again (hopefully not!) and recommend him to anyone without hesitation. read more
