We had our Pathfinder rear-ended back in October and ended up going with Fort Collins Collision…read moreRepair. Like most people, we looked at a couple of options before deciding where to go, and I'm really glad we landed here. From the start, they were easy to talk to and actually listened to what we wanted. That stood out right away compared to a couple of other places that felt more transactional. Where they really separated themselves was when the insurance payout came in lower than expected. Instead of just pushing forward or steering us toward the most expensive route, they took the time to walk through everything with us and helped us figure out what truly needed to be repaired versus what was more cosmetic. It felt like they were helping us make a smart decision, not just trying to run up a bill. Communication was clear throughout, timelines were reasonable, and we never felt rushed or pressured. The end result looks great, but more importantly we felt confident in how everything was handled. If you're trying to decide between shops, this is one that will treat you fairly and actually work with you, not just your insurance company.

Keep in mind, this is a DEALERSHIP, compared to a local body shop. I have used them almost exclusively for other body work, and they always do a good job. On this occasion however, I have to be truthful in saying that they just went a little too far, losing my business for this occurence. I'm sure I'll be back at some point, though.

John the owner kindly arranged a 2 week appointment with the shop for a much needed trans cooler installation before my long trip. I called 3 days or so prior for an addition temp gauge installation, AND to see if everything is going all right for my appointment. No problem said the lady and she would pass on the my request to John. After some coordination to leave my truck for a couple of days, I showed up on time the day of the appointment. One of the mechanics received me and said bluntly: "We cannot performed the service because the desk lady was on vacation and did not ordered the parts..." Really? I talked to her a few days ago... Not a "sorry", nor a phone call from John nor anybody else later on. No trans cooler for my trip and a pure waist of time and energy for me and those who helped me. This is totally rude, unprofessional and disrespectful towards the customer. Mistakes are human but at least be remorseful if you have some kind of class...
