There was some minor (but noticeable) damage to my 2003 Porsche 911's front bumper and paint scratches on the right side skirt I wanted corrected. Walker Collision Center expertly repaired and painted these areas for a more than reasonable price and the car was returned in 3 days. I was amazed at how well the repairs were performed, I couldn't even tell where the damage had been and I can only describe the paint job as "liquid glass" since it was so incredibly smooth and glossy to both touch and sight. The paint is high quality, was color matched to the rest of the car's factory paint and has a life time guarantee. Jacqueline, in the office, is very professional, really knows her job and made the estimation process fast and easy. My actual bill came in lower than the estimate. Ryan, the owner, took the time to make sure that any questions or concerns I had were fully addressed. She gave me two quotes, one best case and one worst case scenario. The final bill came in under the best case scenario. They didn't do extra work because they could or to drive up the bill. They cared about me as a customer and did what was best for me. Honesty of this caliber is hard to find in the automotive repair industry. I have or any concerns I have about my truck. They also do something that I haven't seen or heard of happening in a long time, they contact the customer and give updates at least once or twice a week.
