Joe (owner) did a fantastic job fixing the dent on my brand new shiny red car. I've met and used many paintless dent removal services, and joe definitely is a master at his craft and one of the best. He doesnt try to rush in and get the job done; he comes and does an assessment and explains the options on how to do the job. I've had him come over to my place more than once. The first time he took out a dent, the result was amazing and looked brand new. The second time, he advised me that the invasiveness to fix may not be worth it since I am extremely OCD about my car, and gave me the options to proceed. I decided with joe that he was right, and he still removed my lamp and fender liner to see if there was any other option. He didnt charge me anything even though he spent at least 1 to 2 hours of his time with me. He reminded me that he can tackle the job, but he took my concerns into consideration and advised me that it may be best to ignore the minor 2mm dent for now. Class act business, would not go to anyone else. He takes pride in his work and spends his time explaining all procedures, and his work is seriously magic. Seriously, I can't say enough about the quality of work done by Joe at Dent Evo. I first hired him about a year ago to get some door dings out of my BMW. I knew I was in good hands because a good friend of mine who owns a body shop had referred me to Joe and told me Joe does lots of work for different local BMW dealerships, taking dents and door dings out of their cars. I had about three good sized door dings and Joe got them all out perfectly and left not even a single scratch or blemish when he was done. I was amazed. Then about a week ago my wife was driving her Audi in Hollywood and got side swiped by a white BMW. She thought the driver would stop to exchange insurance information but instead they sped off and since there was so much traffic she couldn't even catch them. When I saw her car, I immediately saw big dollar signs, ugh. Not only was there big scratches on the car and white paint, but there was also a good sized dent in the front left fender. This would be an easy $1500.00 job, even at my friend's body shop and with a discount. I didn't want to go through my insurance so I thought I'd take a chance and call Joe to see if he could handle such a large sized dent. He told me to take 3 pictures with my iphone and send them to him, which I did. He said he could more than likely get the dents out perfectly, at a price that was about 80% cheaper than my friend's body shop had quoted me. He came to my house a couple days later and I showed him the dents and scratches (oh, the front door was also rubbing on the front fender every time we would open and close the door). Joe said he could definitely get the dents out and could "more than likely" fix it so the door would no longer rub on the fender. I left him to it while I went in the house and lounged around. After about 90 minutes, he told me to come outside and wow, was I amazed! Not only were the dents gone, he had also buffed it out to remove any of the small scratches and all of the white paint transfer from the idiot who had hit my wife's car...once again, I was amazed! He was even able to fix it perfectly enough so that the door no longer rubbed on the fender when we opened and closed it! There was even a door ding on the other side of the car that he took out-perfectly of course. The next morning when my wife looked at her car she too was amazed-there was absolutely NO indication that her car had ever been damaged and Joe got it back to looking brand new. Joe isn't a dent/door ding remover...he's a magician! Truly a master of his craft. Add to that the fact that he's 100% mobile and the prices are more than fair then why would anyone go anywhere else? I can't recommend him enough. If you have any dents or dings you should definitely call Joe before you call anyone else. Thank you Joe! read more

Joe Garcia is an exceptional person and a top tier professional! He has worked on my BMW at least on 3 different occasions. All dents were removed perfectly, in fact the last dent removal was a miracle! My BMW was parked at work and apparently some unscrupulous individual(co-worker) decided to back into my passenger-side, rear quarter panel and did not leave a note - according to law enforcement, technically a hit and run.
