Helpful and knowledgeable! Even though DENT EVO didn't end up doing any work on my vehicle, I really appreciate Joe taking the time to help me out. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand what I needed. Joe referred me to a business that he personally recommended, which I really appreciated. His willingness to point me in the right direction, even without getting my business, says a lot about his professionalism and customer service. Thank you, Joe, for being honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend DENT EVO to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional business! read more

Been coming to this shop for repairs on my car for a few years now and it's always been nothing short of exceptional. From the communication from the owner to the spectacular work done. I will say you are paying for above average work here so be ready for the cost, though for myself it has been well worth it. This time around he helped me with 3 dents and had it done with quick turn around. I'm recommending this for anyone that actually cares about their vehicle and who supports good honest work! read more

Sorry Joe for taking this long to write you a review. I JUST received my check for the reimbursement from AutoNation Acura Stevens Creek after over four months since the incident, and I remembered I forgot to leave you a review. Joe is an artist. My 2025 Integra came back from its first dealership service appointment with a dent in the left roof rail and damage on the rear that wasn't there when I dropped it off. Their solution? Repaint/bondo job nearly the entire roof and every side panel on a car with 1,300 miles. Damage the car, then propose butchering the factory finish to cover for it. Joe walked me through the actual options before I committed a dollar. He explained how the panel would have to be worked, what paintless dent repair could realistically achieve there, and the risks that came with each approach -- in plain terms, not sales talk. He was completely transparent about his methods and about what he could and couldn't do, and he never oversold a single thing. The work speaks for itself: factory paint fully preserved, no filler, no repaint, and an estimate that came in below what the dealership's own shop was going to charge. If a body shop is telling you that you need a repaint, get Joe's opinion first. Skill and honesty in the same shop is rarer than it should be. read more

I normally don't do reviews but for this experience i need to honestly share taking my truck to Dent Evo in Upland. Joe Garcia was the man that made it all happen in front of my own eyes. On the end sides of my truck bed developed metal ripples & a couple dings. It bugged me seeing it and I always wanted it fix. A couple places wanted to strip, bondo & repaint taking 5 days. I didn't feel it needed to be repainted due to the paint was untouched. Joe, took it step by step explaining the process. He was friendly and polite answering all my concern questions. He gave me his faith and trust that he could make it all great again. And, he did it! He proved it in front of my own eyes! He also can help work with your budget of giving you a fair price. I'm so so glad that I went to Dent Evo and happy to look at my truck looking as new again. Thank You so so much Joe! God Bless You! read more

Booking couldn't have been easier, just text or WhatsApp Joe and you're all set. The waiting room is basically a man cave, WiFi included, so you're actually comfortable while you wait. And here's the kicker: my body shop quoted me $3,000, and Joe got it done for under $500. Not a typo. Bonus points for the brewery right next door, grab a cold one while he works his magic. Can't recommend this place enough. read more

We tried Dent Evo without any prior knowledge of their work. Was able to speak to Joe the owner directly, got an appt & estimate right away.. His work was none other than perfection all the way!! In no way would anyone ever be able to tell that someone had rammed their car door leaving an ugly reminder every day we went some where! He did Absolutely Beautiful work!! We had a nice wait in his a/c lobby with pretty tasty coffee to boot! His estimate for the wait time wait was reasonable. We would recommend him highly with no hesitation! I don't normally do reviews but I do support local businesses. It was my very first PDR and had no clue how the process works but Joe took the time to briefly explain how it's done. His price quote seems high to me not knowing what the going rate is out there but just as the old saying goes " you get what you pay for " and that is Joe's expertise. He made the repair process seemed very simple, quick and easy but it's mainly due to his skill set honed by many years of experience. Additionally, he was very open of showing his work process and that alone is clear HONESTY and transparency to his customers. Thanks again Joe for the exceptional service read more

Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I've had! I contacted Evodent PDR just an hour before they were scheduled to close on a Saturday, fully expecting to be turned away or scheduled for a later date. But Joe went above and beyond. He was incredibly responsive, flexible, and an absolute professional from start to finish. Not only did he keep the shop open late for me, but he also made sure the repair was completed that same day. You don't often come across that kind of dedication and pride in workmanship. The repair looks flawless, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Evodent PDR if you're looking for top-notch service and quality results! read more

After finding a dimple on my hood, I looked around for shops that specialized in Paintless Dent Repair and I am glad I found Dent Evo. The repair process took a little over a week, but only because I went through my insurance company. However, I couldn't be happier with the result. As the picture in my review shows, my hood looks good as new again! My particular repair was a little more complicated due to having a matte Paint Protection Film on my car. This needed to be removed and replaced. Joe was able to work with my insurance company to make sure everything was covered. He also worked to secure the same ceramic coating I had on the original film to ensure the sheen on the new hood film matched the rest of the car. Joe also went above and beyond by helping me address a different cosmetic concern on my car that I had brought up during our initial discussion. He didn't have to do this and I'm sure other shops probably wouldn't have. That's just part of what makes this place special. Joe genuinely cares about taking care of his customers and their vehicles. Thank you again, Joe, for making my car look good as new again. read more

SHOP JOE'S QUOTE !!!!!! I'm really surprised that I had a very different experience with Joe. I was referred to Joe by another body shop. So I took my car to him for an estimate on a few small dents. I had a few small dents in three different places on my car. Joe only wanted to work on two of the easiest dents in one place, about the size of a quarter each. He ignored the other dents. To my surprise, he quoted me $787.50 for those two small dents. I shopped his quote and found another Mobil dent repair place that fixed the same two dents for $275.00 The other place's quality was excellent and fix the dents like they never happened. In regards to your response. .... Although you are trying to justify your actions or lack there of, I would only accept someone who had the skill, tooling and was capable of providing the high quality level of finish I was looking for. The Provider I chose was about a third of your price and it included the process required to achieve the clean, factory-quality result I was seeking. read more

I had a 2" dent in my car and initially went to a traditional body shop for a quote. After getting a quote for over $2000 to fix the dent, plus the cost of rental car for a week since they would need to keep my car, I decided to just live with it. Eventually, I decided to get the dent fixed and Dent Evo was one of the shops that I contacted. Unlike most shops Joe did not give me a price but instead asked me to come to his shop so that he could give me a quote and not guesstimate. His shop was clean, and Joe was very friendly and professional. Joe explained the process to me and how he would fix the dent in my car and gave me what I thought was a fair quote and scheduled the repair. I had to reschedule my appointment and Joe was very accommodating. I decided to wait while getting my dent repaired and was shocked that it only took two hours to make my car look like nothing ever happened. The waiting area was also extremely comfortable with free WIFI and beverages so I could work while I was waiting. I highly recommend Joe and Dent Evo. read more

I initially contacted Dent Evo for a price quote to repair a small dent on the passenger side, quarter panel of my vehicle. They responded to my inquiry very quickly, and provided a very reasonable quote. I took my vehicle into their shop for them to have a closer inspection, and they assured me they could fix the issue for less than they had initially quoted me. The repair work was completed in less than a half an hour, and when looking at the area under detailed lighting, there was no sign that any damage had ever occurred. The panel literally looked brand new. I would definitely recommend Dent Evo for PDR work as Joe offers reasonable prices, prompt service, detailed explanations of what he plans to do and what he did to resolve the issue. I don't know what to say except Joe is a magician. Two small dents in the door of my Rivian. Every possible complicating factor. Aluminum panel, complex door structure, PPF and ceramic, and the car is black for good measure. I was SURE when I read all the reviews about how the dent was gone after, I would still be able to find mine. But no, I literally couldn't find it even under his LED light. He's also a super nice guy, works fast and super responsive. A++ all around. read more

I called around to take in my brand new 2024 f350 keep in mind it is brand new . No other paintless dent removal shop wanted to touch it . I guess aluminum body trucks scare people away . I highly recommend this shop I'm glad I came here . I know where to come back when I accidentally dent my own truck thanks once again !!!! read more

I found Dent Evo online by chance. Saw the videos posted, read the reviews and was convinced. I took my Rivian R1S to get it appraised. The cost was on the higher end compared to most, but required to taking apart panels, drilling holes on body to get behind the dent. The dent was pulled by the glue method. Totally non-invasive. Paint and body was in excellent shape. Usually with paintless repairs, if you run your fingers over the repair, you can feel slight dimples. You didn't feel any! Flawless. It was manipulated by heat and pressure. I swear by the glue technique if possible. Money well worth it if you love your ride. Joe is a true professional and takes pride in his work. He took the time to make sure you understood completely the work involved. read more
