So far I have tried 2 different dishes; Ackee & Saltfish and Oxtail Stew. Both dishes were really good. It was my first time to try Ackee. Quite interesting fruit but it was good. Ackee is a fruit of the Sapindaceae soapberry family, as are the lychee and the longan. Since I grew up with saltfish, it was lovely to have it again after so long I didn't have it. The oxtail was so flavourful and tender. The rice that company the oxtail was really yummy. With a beautiful set-up of food court of Bountiful Farmers' Market, I think this little booth give a nice vibe to its market.
