I am really sad to see these two people write negative reviews of a small local business. I have been a patient of Denora (Kidderminster Branch) since their opening in 2005. I have always recieved a good service and prompt appointments. I feel that the staff are really friendly and helpful. It appears that Lw10 who has mentioned about being charged 45£ perhaps has never seen a dentist in their life and perhaps expects everyone to work for free. I have seen the hygienist regularly for the past 50 years over 3 different clinics in Kidderminster & Worcester and have paid on an average 65£ per half hour of hygienist session until i came over to Denora and i know that in the UK (as in any civilised country) Hygienists are not allowed to 'Prescribe' treatments. Hygienists are only permitted to undertake treatments as 'prescribed' by a dentist (to determine what treatment is required). Hence, I, as well as the millions of patient throughout UK see a dentist 'Before' seeing a hygienist who checks teeth & gums first and then determins what treatment is required including a hygienist clean (if necessary). People like Lw10 perhaps should consider getting their facts right prior to seeking & getting professional services. If they dont have the resources to see a private dentist or a dentist for that matter ; perhaps try their luck at the local carwash (coincidentally who also charge 45-50£ for a valet) or invest in a toothbrush. On a final note , i feel that i recieve a good and efficient service from this dentist and highly recommend them to anybody seeking a decent dental care. read more

I joined this practice as a patient 18 months ago and I have had 4 appointments. Each time I have had a different dentist. I have complained to the young girls on reception but they obviously have little or no training on how to deal with unhappy customers. On the third time of complaining, and having no satisfactory explanation, apart from 'Dr. such and such has gone away' (again) so I decided to leave their practice for good. I explained that I felt it was important to have a good working relationship with ones dentist and with this level of turnover this will not be happening here. I had no apology or explanation but the high turnover of dentist suggests that all is not well. In addition I don't feel that the practice was a well-run, happy place to be. I was not welcomed with a smile or felt anyone was very happy or relaxed there. I am glad to have found a good NHS dentist through personal recommendations instead of a modern website! read more

Excellent dentist! Top Marks for being so gentle & prompt; can't believe that i am writing this after a root filling procedure!! I have been messed around by my Previous private dentist in droitwich who kept prescribing antibiotics rather than do something definite when i decided to see this dentist, who promptly xrayed the tooth (xray appeared instantly - spooky to see this - in a good way). the dentist got me out of pain instantly and i have had my tooth saved today with a beautiful new filling on it. Very gentle dentist, kept me informed all through the procedure and boy i loved the technology !! Top Marks , highly recommended!!! read more

I have been a patient at this practice for many years. Mr Pandey is a friendly, experienced dentist with a caring approach to any dental work you need done. Over the years, I have had to have a couple of dental caps on my back teeth, the work was carried out to a very high standard in a very efficient manner and I was very happy with the result. I also visit Kate, the hygenist, to try and prevent problems with teeth and gums and have been clear of requiring treatment for years. My whole family use this practice and I highly recommend it! read more

Professional service! I was really happy with my dental check up at Denora. The recpetionist was polite and welcoming. I didnt have to wait long either which i hated at my previous dental practice. I am a nervous Patient and i was really put at easeby my dentist Dr Pandey. He wasreallyprofessional and explained everything really well, his assistant was also very pleasent and reassuring to me. I am returning for some treatment next week and feel confident that i am in good hands! read more
