Awesome wait staff (John) & manager. All staff was busy and friendly. The food was great & the restaurant clean. I had to wait a little because the kitchen made my order wrong, but it was noticed & corrected before it left the kitchen. We'll definitely be coming back to this location. read more

The service was friendly and fast. The food wasn't so good, I had link sausage that was under cooked and tasted like powder no flavor at all, my husband had a skillet with way too much sauce, and the gravy on the chicken fried chicken was too thick. The atmosphere was nice, they wasn't busy at all. I don't really want to go back to this location. read more

Denny's (WILMER, TX) I called in an order for a Chicken Caesar Avocado Salad I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I waited 15 minutes before leaving the house to go get my order. Arrived at Denny's and THERE'S NO ORDER! (Ok it happens whatever) I sat down, waited for them to put my order in, and waited until it was ready, paid and left. I got home THERES NO CAESAR DRESSING ‍ I called Denny's when the young girl answered the phone i said "yes, i ordered a chicken ... (she cut me off) and she said "let me get the manager" (I can only assume she knew i was the one who just left) she puts the phone down and says "it's some lady complaining about her order" The manager gets on the phone i said "first of all next time time tell your staff to put the phone on mute or on hold before they rudely tell you someone is complaining " then i told her I placed my order, it was lost apparently, and now that I've gotten it and gotten home .... there's no dressing! She said "I'm sorry do you want to come back and get it" I said "ummmm yes" she said "do you want free dessert or anything on us?" I said "no I just want the dressing" I make it back to Denny's, THEY ARE OUT OF CAESAR DRESSING I said well the salad is at home!‍ She said "do you want ranch?" I said no, I want a refund this is too much I don't eat ranch dressing on salad She then says "I need the salad back then I can give you a refund" I said "that's ridiculous you failed to inform the customer that you were out of something and i came back up here for something you could've told me you didn't have, but now it's a problem and you need the salad back! I went home got the salad took it back to Denny's and got my money back! Dear managers: please use better judgement than this woman did! You offer me something FREE but when I call you out on where you went wrong now you need the salad back read more

This is a Denny's worth stopping at. Clean, comfortable and an excellent, courteous staff. We had a veggie omelet, and chicken salad sandwich and soup. Substitutions made with no problem, and our orders were ready fast. We ordered off the 55+ menu, and the music was upbeat 70's. Went to this Denny's on my road trip to Dallas. They got my order wrong. I asked for over hard eggs and I repeated fully cooked!! but they brought me over medium. I told the server and she said she can bring me new ones but then the new ones were still over medium. I understand mistakes happen but when it's done wrong the second time, there is no excuse. Worst experience at Denny's. Save yourselves your money and time and don't go here. read more
