As always the moons over my hammy meal was fabulous!!! All of my requests were met. The fries were seasoned and toasted once and a half... with sour cream on the side. The eggs were fluffy and the ham was juicy. Bread was perfect... not over or under done. The service was prompt and efficient. Our server was so friendly and very bubbly. I loved her personality. The bathrooms may have needed a wipe down but I can't expect too much at 11pm when it's busy. It wasn't gross at least. The service was so fast, walked in, seated, drinks and food came. That fast!!! I love that Denny's is always on their game with quality service and food. I will always go back to Denny's. I made a quick visit to Denny's this morning to pick up an order that I called in. Entering the restaurant, I immediately got a whiff of an unpleasant odor. I informed the host that I was picking up an order. She retrieved my order and I quickly checked it to ensure everything was correct before paying and leaving. I ordered an Everyday Value Slam which consisted of two pancakes, scrambled eggs and turkey bacon. Two packets of syrup was provided and a small dollop of butter, which wasn't enough. My food wasn't the temperature I expected it to be but it was good in taste. The pancakes were fluffy, eggs scrambled to my liking and the turkey bacon was really good. I don't eat at Denny's often but for a quick breakfast before work, it did the job. read more

Always a nice, service with a smile, kind of place. Food is good, with fast service. Very nice people too! Upon arriving we were greeted and seated. Our waitress introduced herself and let's us know what specials they had going on. My husband had a breakfast skillet and i had a chicken skillet. My personal opinion, i think the breakfast items are a bit tastier to me than its lunch items but then again they do have really good burgers. I was so appalled to the point I grabbed my mother and left before we were even served. This is my go-to spot for ordering decent food during off the wall times. You know, when you shouldn't be driving, and dominos is closed but you didn't preplan and get your snacks? Well now with UberEats this has been a convenient spot with decent food. Without giving my life story, my mother and I decided to eat here tonight since most restaurants were closed by this time. It was pretty crowded and had plenty of normal acting people of all ages (I was expecting a lot of people with "the munchies" getting their fix.) Well, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, and as I was in there, an employee walked in, did his #1 business, and walked right out without using a sink or paper towel. Very polite guy, however when I walked back out he was behind the kitchen. I told my mother and we both agreed there's plenty of other joints in the vicinity that we don't need to consume from this one tonight. As we're leaving before even ordering drinks, I already knew I would write this review, and if the owner cared would have preferred me to tell him in person instead of just write a negative review. To be different, while sitting in my car in their parking lot I grabbed my phone to ask for a manager, but as it's ringing realized it's not my job to train their employees to wash their hands. Since they've already wasted my time enough, I don't want to waste any more by helping a company while I'm not on that companies' payroll. Sadly, the off the 4am ubereats menu just got drastically cut down because i don't think I'll ever be hungry enough to power through knowing first hand that at least one chef there doesn't wash their hands. read more

My friends meal came out completely raw like the chicken was only on the grill for a minute on each side and was completely raw in the middle. Then the manager tried to argue in front of the entire restaurant about morals and how they shouldn't have to comp it off our check. Nasty food, terrible service and sadly it's stems from how management is. You should never argue with a customer that you wronged. The late night manager here is wonderful! Very sweet and friendly, not only did she seat us but she also took our drink and appetizer order! We were then introduced to our waiter. He seemed to be in such a rush, I hadn't even made my food selection and he automatically assumed we were only sharing an appetizer. As soon as I told him what I wanted he rushed off to put it in before my husband could order. After eating only one of my pancakes he left the check and asked if I wanted a box and asked to take away my syrup plate. Yikes! What's the rush for? You're in charge of 3 tables and it's 1:20am! Denny's is our family's favorite breakfast spot, hands down, except this one. It is in a great location, we can walk, or bike to it on a Saturday morning. Unfortunately, the times we've been there have not been very clean. Please, take some time to thoroughly clean it. The smell of old and unclean hits your senses the moment you enter. While eating the otherwise good breakfast, one can't stop worrying about the cleanliness of the kitchen since the place smells, and there are greasy finger marks on the windows and on most surfaces. It makes for a bad eating experience. Please, please we love the location but we can't go back until you clean it up!! read more

This review is about store #9590 which is located at 650 N State Road 7, Margate, FL 33063, between 9:50pm -10:22pm and is managed by a lady named Evelyn. My family of four (One small child, 14 year old teen, myself and my husband) walked into this store on Friday, 9/20/19, around 9:50pm. We were the second party waiting to be seated due to a party six in front of us. We stood there patiently for about 15 mins with no one assisting and/or acknowledging either parties. Finally a lady (which I later found out was Manager Evelyn), saw the unhappy look on our faces, rudely says from behind a counter "One moment please". Five more minutes goes by and a young from the party of six states, they were waiting 10 minutes before my family walked in and that was the first time anyone has addressed them at all! She told me they were debating leaving because of the wait and being ignored. I said to her, well let's see if we can get help right now. I shouted to the employees in the back, "CAN WE GET SOME HELP PLEASE, CAN SOMEONE COME OUT AND JUST SEAT US, PLEASE! It was then a lady came out (the Manager Evelyn) yelling at me, "DON'T SCREAM AT US! I TOLD YOU ONE MOMENT, THAT MEANS WAIT! WE ARE BUSY"! Another lady much older than the manager, white, thin lady named Nicole, also came out yelling at me, "we are busy can't you see that! You don't come in here yelling, JUST WAIT"! I responded stating, so it's your customers fault that you guys are busy and/or understaffed? I am just bringing to your attention that now you don't just have two parties, but two more has now walked in and are waiting to be seated! I argued backed WE UNDERSTAND, BUT JUST SEAT US! JUST SEAT US! THAT'S ALL WE ARE ASKING, JUST SEAT US! The server Nicole then put her hand up in front of my face and says "JUST GOOD-BYE MA'AM, JUST LEAVE, WE REFUSE TO SERVE YOU"! "LEAVE PLEASE" This server is calling me names and the manager just stood right there not saying a word! The manager did not try to rectify the situation, instead she condoned it! Now my husband is pissed and arguing with the server. I asked for the server name and store number and at first was ignored, so I asked again. The server then walked toward me and tugged on her shirt in my face and says "here see it's Nicole"! She then asked the manager who is next to be seated and the manager pointed behind me and sat the party behind my family. The party of six before my family refused to be seated because of the way we were treated and left with my family. After walking out, I forgot to get the manager name, so I went back in and asked for her name and store number. That is when I asked for confirmation that she was the manager, her name and store number. She stated her name was Evelyn, and gave the store number, but never addressed the situation, never stopped moving or apologized, then I left. I truly understand being busy and short-staffed, but there were enough people there for someone to take 2 minutes and seat the standing parties! When my family walked in the manager was standing behind the counter with another male employee, helping him count money, with no customers in front of them! Yet no one NEVER ADDRESSED THE TWO PARTIES (My family and the party of 6 before us) STANDING IN FRONT OF THEM! The reason I yelled out was because all the staff was in the back and no-one was visibly out and we all was complaining and tired of being ignored. The restaurant was not busy or full at all, as a matter fact they had a whole section blocked off because it was not full! The store was less than half empty and the staff was extremely rude! I have called corporate to file a former complaint and want this addressed immediately please! HELP! read more

Zeroo stars if i could give. It was just fucking horrendous. I'm pretty sure our waitress suffered from smoking too much. She smelt of cigarettes, had an attitude when we asked for water. On top of all of that the food was just horrifying. Like how does a chef not know the difference between an over easy and over medium egg. Don't do it. Just don't. While the food was ok, the wait was horrendous. They weren't even busy (now I know why). The service left a lot to be desired. Asked for refills for 4 drinks. Only received 2. Had to ask three times for two place settings. Last time we were here we waiting over 20 minutes without even a drink order before we decided to walk out. Same damn thing this time but we stayed because the kids were quite hungry. Should have learned our lesson last time but gave them another chance. I regret that. So they're done with chances. Its a Denny's so the food is gonna pretty much taste the same wherever you go. So the food is just as I expected. The waitresses were great though. I had mentioned I was down here looking for a house so she stayed for a few minutes talking to me about good and bad areas, etc. She even had her coworker who also has 3 dogs give me the name of an apartment complex that allows dogs. Did not get to even place an order but based on the reviews I believe that I lucked out. Tried to place a take-out order online and as always with the Denny's sites. Sometimes they are functional and other times not. This was a not. So I called ahead. Although I was in the adjoining shopping plaza I wanted to have my food ready before I got there. The phone rang forever so I assumed that a lot of people had a similar inclination and the place was busy. So I head over there and noticed an entire one beat up car in the parking lot. I go in and there was a sloppy server sitting there apparently ready to go home. Zero interest in the fact that I walked into zombie land. Not one bit of activity to be seen. What was quite active was the horrid scent that quite a few locations seem to have lately. Sort of malfunctioning restroom meets horrid BO. Glad that my order wasn't placed and hopefully the lazy server got a ride home because getting into a vehicle would mean actually standing. read more

I've never had terrible food from Dennys until I visited this location. The pancakes were dry and grainy. My mozzarella sticks were exploded and one didn't even have any cheese. The chicken tenders were half dried out. The plating of the sampler was so sad. I've need nicer food served in homeless shelters. We noticed a foul smell coming from the other side of the divider. When we stood up to look, there were two homeless people sleeping in a booth of the closed off section and an employee mopping the floor around them. read more
